    If a vehicle respawns (or spawns), is there any chance, that there are items in it? Maybe items from before the respawn? If not, that means any car you find should be empty, unless somebody has put something in it already. So?

    And if a vehicle respawns (after not used for 7 days) the items are still inside it? (If respawn is the same vehicle, i think so, if not, than basic loot only in it)
