NW Airfield got a extensive visit from us, and we rid the airfield for enemies by sniping them down from 800m. Too bad no players were around, zombies were a lovely targetprop nontheless.

I can actually not find my server which has been up for the past 20 days. Hence I cannot claim it, and I refuse to believe there is only 6~ servers hosted in sweden altogether.

Good morning, farmers, soldiers and walkers of the great land. We in Chernarus Defence League strive to give the best experience of DayZ Standalone to our players. Not only is our server set to hardcore, for that first-person goodness that many love and prefer. But we have also set our restart schedule to happen once every four hours. However, to stop people from using our server as a loot farm we have chosen to not display the reset times, except that it restarts every 4 hours. You never expect the restart inquisition. Our server is located in Sweden which gives solid ping to most of northern Europe, personally I’m sitting with about 32-35 ping regardless of time of day when playing on our server. Servers today are primarily loot servers for clans to gear up, with abusive admins that kick you over the smallest thing. On CDL we pride ourselves to say that we enjoy a solid firefight. No hard feelings if we get massacred and we wish all our players the best. We also want players to play the game in their own way, be that as a lone-wolf, hero, bandit ,part of a squad or some other crazy idea. But we do highly recommend and encourage a straight and friendly approach to other players to enhance the feeling of the game and open you to a whole new world of adventures and experiences. Spawning, looting and killing/being killed get very repetitive and boring in the long run. Then again, we won’t dictate how you should play. Welcome to our server, may the loot be with you.

This, so much this. Though you need to change another setting in order to optimize your stream When going to settings and advanced you need to set your x264 CPU setting to medium or lower, the better CPU you have the better the stream will be when you move around. With that being said if you do not have a i7 processor, you will most likely have some pixels blurring. With a i3, Im not even sure how your stream is going to work with Dayz, but hopefully it will work allright since you are streaming at a lower resolution than I have tested with my own settings.

It doesnt. Im wearing sunglasses by default, and when I ran towards the sun when the sun was setting, I couldnt see anything along the horizon. If there had been someone laying just flat on the ground, I would have been dead.

For nighttime servers and servers where nighttime will become accelarated I would love for streetlights to function in bigger towns. Partly to make it less scary for new players to get into town, seeing it as a safe haven, all while making an approach to a town with lights become more scary, tactically wanting to avoid light in case of snipers. One of the better suggestions I discussed with my coworker were flickering streetlights. And when Fog gets included into the game (hopefully) turning into a proper ghosttown.

Updating the topic with information; Yesterday I played two sessions. One where the scopes worked, another where they stopped working in the middle of the session. The bug itself seems to be a mix between the ones I mentioned in the first post I made. I was not streaming at the time, but I could clearly see that the scopegraphics flickered on and off while I was aiming down sights, only accepting to show the scopes in certain angles before the graphic removed itself completely.

Heya, I ordered a DayZ server yesterday and its up and running. The general modifications are already done, but for some reason I cant see the option to edit the server difficulty from Regular to Hardcore through the administration panel on Clanforge. Anyone able to give me a quick pointer as to where I edit this~?

That connection is failing is often the term used when you are trying to join full servers.
