Is LOTS of spawn locations now.. some inland in the middle of nowhere, others near towns, the ones by the coast still there...but they are random and like i said... LOTS. I spawned yesterday in the middle of a forest, next spawn near a town, another one in the coast, another one in a countryside road... and is always different each time.

It depends where you spawn..i been killing myself to check the spawn mechanics, sometimes you spawn in an area where is almost to easy to survive... but other times... damn... The new Spawn mechanics makes you think twice about dying.

I hope they keep it this way, i died few times in the Experimental the other day, but it feels more "realistic". Lots of junk around, and you have to work hard to find good stuff..just how it should be.. survival ins't easy.

It makes sense to me, you don't see many games that have a "hardcore" difficulty that only changes the camera view.

Well... they started with things like diseases, infections, heart attacks, infected people, suicide an so on ..then they decided that they wanted more guns in the game, more towns, more ammo, more military gear, less infected people but more players.. THEN..they thought that will cool to have hunting and fishing in the game to make the game more "survival" like...BUT then they decided the persistent objects will be better.. BUT.. the infected people aren't a threat, so they made them harder.. BUT.. is to many so..lets put less infected people... no.. more.. less...more.. less...THEN.. maybe we should add clowsticks so people can have parties in the night time.. yeah...BUT.. oh crap.. we forgot to add more weapons.. and....

Yeah, the only thing missing is push bikes and carbon boxes to build your imaginary castles.... ahhh that takes me back.

I can see people creating their own super servers eventually, like happens in most games. So "maybe" in the future 200 - 250 players servers is not out of question, but with the central loot economy that will only happen in private hives where admins can control the loot... and honestly with that many players, it will just mean a huge Deathmatch game with people killing each other every 10 minutes.

Sadly Steam encourages that mentality, and the fact that DayZ is only selling in Steam is a "bit" of a worry. I hope they go more in the direction of Skyrim, using Steam infrastructure to encourage modding, and not trying to sell magical beans for $0.07.

If it means that all Psychos will end up in a little server somewhere... yeah, please do.

So.. a...Respawn simulator ? Ok.. i guess it could work...

Well.. i hope they make their mind by then, because at the moment it feels that this game is changing directions more often than an ant with only one leg.

They have to keep the CoD kiddies happy, by the time they finish you will be lucky to find a single tree.

Mods editing threads, deleting comments, flaming people with Alt accounts, and banning people for disagreeing with them. Considering that you Selling the game in "Steam" this isn't looking good for potential sales.
