I am old enough to know that rifles aren't made of plastic. Yet a scope lying on the table or mounted on a rifle are two different things. The force applied to the mounting is different, although you still need a good amount of it.

Guns shouldn't get ruined like they get now, but of course attachments like scopes should be breakable to that extent that you can't attach another scope due to the connecting parts being damaged. It would be cool if you could bend weapons so that unless another player inspects them, he would only see them as damaged. If he tries to shoot, it explodes. Talking about more realism, stones shouldn't get ruined in either way. Currently the item damage seems a little of over all. Breaking my legs shouldn't ruin my trousers and the items in it, unless I am a f**king Alien and have acid instead of blood in my veins.

Well, when you log out, your character perform some movements like sitting or squatting. Of course that wouldn't work on a ladder. Also, you wouldn't try to go to sleep (I know it's not the same as logging out) on a vertical ladder in real life. Spawning under a house is another case, but it seems to be a known bug, when joining after a buddy over the steam overlay.

Having more spray paint colours would be nice, but gold? And I don't think that more fancy colours will attract more girls. I know some girl gamer and DayZ is just not their genre.

The lighting is a little bit off at the moment and the flickering is disturbing, but I suspect some player might be abuse it to spot other players in buildings. On one occasion I could see from about 100 meters away how a buddy of mine moved around inside a fire station.

Firestation stairs are working fine for me. Never had any problems with them or ladders. The only exception of stairs were those in the ship. I ran them up because I needed to help a friend. Boom, broken legs. I normally walk stairs up. Especially in firestations, where another player could be waiting for you.

As Bakermensch said, most BSODs are hardware or driver related. Recently my bil (brother-in-law), had similar problems. DayZ and MoH crashed, while Crysis ran fine. In bils case he upgraded his old graphics card shortly after and all problem were gone. Before we checked bils RAM, but no errors were found. It seems that as soon as a game used a specific graphics feature, the game and/or his pc crashed. Shortly before bils pc had some thermal problems. The graphics card might have taken damage from that. Although many components are capable of OC, I wouldn't recommend it. To spare oneself of the possible troubles ahead, just spend more bucks for a better product.

7.62 ist scarce, whether it is 51 or 39 mm. I really value my axe at the moment.
