Hello! While that might be a good idea on the first look, it will be very taxing on the system later on. Especially for those PVP servers. Also what about those better-spawn-point-suiciders?

Since this is not a shooter, but a survival game, any weapon fits, as I tend to sneak in my prey. Most times I prefer the axe. But that won't answer your question. -

I don't see, how porting from DX9 to DX11 makes it possible to port the game to UNIX compatible machines. What you meant is OPENGL. So the PS4 port actually might be the path for all those Apple and Linux users.

What's more and more missing, is fear. The fear of death and loosing all. The biggest problem on the other hand is that people always compare SA to the Mod. While the Mod had some good aspects, it also has limitations and the few pros about it, don't match up to the cons in my opinion. But to stay on topic, I feel less frightened than in the beginning of SA. In the Mod I felt mostly annoyed. Both aren't playable at the moment, but I think that the SA may overcome the situation in the future, maybe.

I always thought that happens when a server went offline and/or has been renamed. You might have luck that the favorite server list is saved in the same file as the least used server. Don't ask for the name of the file cause I am on the way to work.

Could the OP please use colours that are more visible? Maybe I am the only one with that kind of eye defect, but I couldn't really read the post. And no. I hope there won't ever be an Apache helicopter in the game. -

Found two pristine in the green house with the long window front and the combined kitchen and living room. The one without a sleeping place, but the big sofa. -
Just last week I noticed something similar with player loot. I was in new tent city and looted the tents. While I needed the .380 ammo for my PM73, I emptied all three Makarov magazine I found there and dropped them. Then the server suddenly restarted. When I logged in again, I found empty Makarov magazines in nearly every tent.

When I play, I want to be scared all the time. Just like in Alien where I sat over 15 minutes in a fucking locker, although the game has game saves.

Well, if people, although encouraged to, don't use the bug system, but complain on the forums, you have to look there. But it is great that they care for the community.

Not very good. I wouldn't even call it sniping when shooting on pixel. -
Nobody can really answer that question. You could buy a graphics card now which is the best you can get for your money and when DayZ is released, although it has enough power, it could be incompatible.

Just the day before yesterday I dropped a SKS behind the barn on the mainland just across the prison island. The next day and several server restarts later it was still there, although the server didn't mention persistence in his name. Only the item orientation change slightly.

They seem to spawn even on Prison Island.

He's got skills, but the video is from a time when weapon sway wasn't in the game. He also had enough time between every shot to reload. And it is still not sniping. But that is another story.
