  1. So you're one of those 1% of people who go out of their way to earn all the achievements. I don't want to conciously seek them. I want to earn them by doing what I do.
  2. Anything PK-related shouldn't be in because PK in DayZ is optional. Anyway (didn't check other suggestions, may be duplicates), I Can See My Back! - try out the 3rd person on a Regular server.Macho - Have 100 hours more played on HC servers than on lamecore.
  3. I really hate a few certain changes to how movement works in .47, perhaps the same goes to a few others out there? Or just Summer. I do (and will continue to) jump in experimental HC once in a while.

    I think it only counts as KOS when you KOS regardless of who your opponent is and whether they're much of a danger to you.

    View backpack contents

    Kinda makes sense. Would force people to use pockets for things that need to be accessed quickly while food and drinks would go to the backpack. For starters it could be just made so that you can't access backpack's contents while it's on your back - you'd have to drop it down first.

    But you're pretty much saying yourself that 1PP is harder as long as it's a PVE situation. In both 1PP and 3PP players have the same advantages so the PVP difficulty is somewhat the same (1PP is way less convenient when it comes to gathering information about your surroundings, though), yet PVE is more difficult in 1PP, and that ultimately makes 1PP a harder gamemode.

    Gun movement is not synchronized with crosshair...

    I have nothing against weapon sway, but I do believe that at the moment the gun sway is a little off. I mean... I'm pretty sure I'd sway a weapon (some of them, at least) way quickier to the direction I'm facing than I can do that in the game.
  12. I call them Zombie-Monkeys or just Monkeys personally. Hopper sounds nice but may be confused with server hoppers.

    Stable HC with friends. Experimental HC alone. Never tried lamecore and never will.

    It doesn't make sense to load a gun with wrong ammo, so bring it in. I'm ready to search for the right ammo for my gun.

    Remove black skin choice for default characters and make bandits turn black. But in all seriousness, I don't think we need this kind of thing. Interact with them and then decide for yourself whether they're bandits or not. The game could use some sort of facial recognition (which wouldn't work on masked players) and voice recognition (in case a masked player says/writes something), though. Characters could be recognized by text indications of unique-to-those-characters colors (which would change upon dying and respawning) or something like that.

Not sure whether it's a new or a re-added feature (I'm a new player), but in experimental you can now enter sprinting mode while ducking (then when you stop sprinting, you'll duck automatically), whereas in 0.45 stable you have to manually stand up before sprinting. Not something game-changing, but very convenient.
  17. I already answered. You have to set your resolution in the config file DayZ.cfg.
  18. Open DayZ.cfg and set Resolution_W, Resolution_H, Render_W and Render_H accordingly to your native screen resolution.

    Perks/skills/professions/stats

    Yay to some kind of a progression that isn't too obvious or too important, nay to classes/stats/other shit. There could be a limit to how much of different things you can learn, reducing the learning pace after reaching that limit, but again, nothing too obvious or too important.
  20. Voted Yay, though there should be certain conditions met before the spawn sound is applied, so as not to punish people who legitimately logged out a day ago in some lame building. So at least the location and the time of last logout should be considered.
