Eh, I have 140rds, and that's just from working my way to NWAF. What you don't seem to realize, is that its a good idea to log out close to good loot spawns. Then when you log in the next day, you may get lucky and spawn on a fresh treasure trove. Hell, if you never leave the area, and time your logins to server resets, you can easily have more loot than you can handle. Whats wrong with that? Also, he had a Mosin and M4. Which means when he spawns he will instantly put one of the weapons in his hand, why is that strange? You shot him on sight, and you wonder why he would load up his own gun? Its the first thing I do when I spawn in, always. While I would probably not trust someone wearing a Payday mask, absolutely nothing else about him as you described is abnormal. You just come off as a bambi who sucks at finding loot. You don't even understand that his gear is ruined because you shot him. :rolleyes:

Its realistic, the cones are just unrealistically big most of the time.

10cm at 200m comes out to around 2MOA, which is unusually great accuracy for a surplus 60yr old rifle with crappy ammo. Though it is also certainly possible if you happen to get reasonable ammo and a rilfe that likes it. An AR15 with service ammo, should be in the 3-4MOA or better range. Now add better components, like barrels, triggers, sights, 'match' ammo, not a fucking Magpul stock, and you should get better accuracy. But this all applies mostly to a range where you are shooting for accuracy. The reality is that most people are much less accurate than their rifles are, especially when they are not sitting at a bench at a shooting range on a sunny no wind day.

The lowered stance should let you thrust at people, while the higher stance is a swing. The thrust would do little damage unless you hit the face, but would block or push people away.

Is this server going to be full of heros with no one to protect, and no bandits to be protected from?

Yep, people who spawn in will have to either leave, or be killed. This sounds exactly like Russia 'saving' the people of Crimea. :facepalm:

A zombie horde from the mainland walking like lemmings to the water would be awesome. Better find a safe spot for the next few hours.

Since is takes way longer than 5min to run across the map, that is simply impossible. :P
