The only time I hate dying (note: not losing my gear, seriously who cares about that) is when I die to a mistake I should have already learnt before eg. I get a little blood thirsty when I see a player and my biggest fear is them combat logging before I kill them. That seriously is my biggest concern. However because of that fear I rush a little too much, too often. A mistake I have learnt time and time again. I get the kill then as I do my triumphant happy dance I realise I have exposed myself way way to much and get shot by his mate. But that just makes me mad at myself for not learning.

Not sure what the plans are for it but in the mod mods (oh shit I have gone cross eyed) there was a military camp. The last time I went there was at the beginning of the alpha, there was nothing there and I haven't heard of that changing. So its a no go for me at the moment however I do hope they come up with something creative to enable a reason to go there again

People, you need to start "ADAPTING" to the environment not coming on here to cry about your inability to change as new issues develop. If you posted a thread said "NEED HELP ON ZOMBIE STRATEGIES" you would get a gizillion people offering all sorts of ideas as well tutorial vids, diagrams and people offering to join you on a server. But when you post with this sort of rubbish.. "Remove Zombies until they're fixed." You just look like an immature child throwing a tantrum and 9/10 will only get mocked.

Get somewhat kitted and go to the busiest place on the server and run in all guns blazing. If you have fun dying, then dying aint so bad.

I have no problems with keys and alarms. Keys were in the mod as well as key making kits, where it was lacking was if you lost the key the car was useless. So having a hot wire or making a key from the barrel of the car would fix this.

Jdizzy, I think you should read your location again and concentrate on one word "YOUR". There shouldn't be any "set" scenario. It is what ever YOU want it to be.

More stances would be fantastic, I thought they would have introduced right from the get go but I have not heard any of devs discuss it. So unfortunately I doubt it will happen.

I role play every night. I role play as sociopath who suffers from an acute chronic hallucinatory psychosis. In other words, I just want to watch the world burn and going to take down as many souls as I can.

So do I, I play regular 99% of the time, BUT I play it in 1PP. Just because the option is there doesn't mean you need to use it. If your first sentence is true, then you shouldn't be promoting it. You should be promoting 1PP. I love how almost every body starts with "Well myself, I prefer 1PP but everybody plays 3PP and I respect their choice so I am going to follow them". I call BS. If you truly believed in 1PP then you would only play 1PP regardless of reg or HC. People can have their in built wall hack and I will still kill them, it just means I have to be smarter. Your comprehension is really not of my concern. I am NOT saying that he should play any different and I am also NOT saying he shouldn't keep posting vids in 3PP. What I am saying is that he loses all respect with me and I will not watch any more vids. It's called feedback. Actually scratch that, some people will complain about anything but you get my point. But I unfortunately it will not happen from BI, as already stated it will be the modders that do this, if anyone. Full map just use http://www.izurvive.com/ Click SHIFT+TAB to go to steam overlay while in game, down the bottom click "web browser", go to http://www.izurvive.com/ and now you have map that you can access by pressing SHIFT+TAB. You can also add a group get your friends to join and now location beacons and points of interest. Makes it extremely valuable especially when trying to convey enemy locations. It also has a measuring tool to calculate distances.

That doesn't work anymore. Usually this happens to me when I log in just after they have done server maintenance.

Don't get so attached to your gear. EVER It happens, especially in Alpha
