A young child solider was killed this weekend in the small quiet province of Krasnostav after a violent engagement between two unknown separatist groups. The child only known by his solider name weedwacker was trying to utilize a well known technique called wall glitching which gives the user an unrestricted view of their surroundings. However it ended in tragedy when the fatal side effect occurred projecting the boys entire body outside of the building. He was gunned down quickly and then the rest of his comrades were executed in a vicious blood bath. The Chernarus Armed Forces in charge of keeping peace in the area have no leads or eye witnesses to the attack, however a video has popped up on social media showing the altercation by an anonymous person ~ Spiro Anastasio, One Network News

Tongue firmly in cheek my dear friend... In saying that we did kill 4 people on that day due to them using the wall exploit, I hope they learn a lesson but highly doubt it and until they do we will continue to profit from it.

You guys know that this only temporary right? Brian Hicks has said he is manually spawning loot there to find out why the hell the loot is spawning there automatically. Enjoy it while it lasts because it won't be there forever.

I would absolutely love it, especially if it was introduced to first person perspective only or only HC mode.

I like the idea but if they don't do it, I ain't going to lose sleep over it. I put that in the category of "Nice things to add when everything else is sorted".

I am going to say I have to disagree and on two points. First using the vicinity technique is equivalent to "feeling" around with your hands, something you can do in real life but not in the game and the argument of well put your dot on the item is weak at best as it doesn't simulate a hasty search eg If I was doing a search, at night, in a zombie infested town I wouldn't be mucking around. I would be grabbing shit left right and centre and then sorting it when I was safer. The second point is the vicinity doesn't instantly appear anything in that area eg you still have to go prone to get it to work for stuff on the lower shelf or under a bed.

Ok so played quite a few hours last night and this morning on the experimental and heres my thoughts. Goods: - Bugger all food, I liked it. Spent so much time hunting for food this maybe because I joined the server late and not actually a feature but none the less shows to me they should reduce food - 75 people on a server, very very cool - Zombies are a forced to be reckoned with - Made a bow but couldn't fire it, I think I need arrows - Seemed like wall glitching had been fixed. Not 100% sure further testing needs to be conducted but I couldn't do it at NEAF prison in 1PP - Mouse control feels good however there is still issue that the inventory curser is half the sensitivity than your body turning which is a bit frustrating - A lot less rubber banding even with 5 people on the server Bads: - 1 Hit unconscious from Zom which I never waked up from and died. I don't necessarily have problem with this but when they are silent and can go through walls, that's pretty tough. - Field of view slider affecting M4 distance too much. When I have it about half way, which I need to for 1PP, the scope is extremely zoomed out when ads. I preferred the old system better - Canned sardines are invisible Overall a great experience and people who like the night time game will love the accelerated time. Can't wait till this on stable. Oh and to all the people complaining that there are no friendly players.... they are all on experimental lol. Ran into so many players and not a single shot was fired, so dude even gave me food. Anyway that is first impression, will update after I have played more.

Yeah lying round, I found one in one of those small sheds with the red doors that have all the motorcycle helmets in them. -
It's golden now, development will take as long as development takes, if you have to ask these questions I would suggest moving onto something else and pretend the game doesn't exist until it is released.

Yeah the problem with the bow ATM is you can't carry another weapon with it. You make it from ashwood and rope which crafted the bow and had an arrow but the arrow wouldn't fire. I am guessing it is just a place holder at this stage. I am not cure how to craft arrows yet. -

Come on people get voting. Game breaking bug only has a 100 votes, yet random zombie noises has 1500. I know the noises are annoying but ffs?? http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=4002 I was watching a stream yesterday and couldn't believe that this person (will not mention) was exploiting this glitch like crazy. They were able to stand outside the prison building and see the two guys inside looting and exactly when the were about to leave. They both copped SKS rounds to the back.

I believe they made it much harder to get into rooms but shooting through walls has not changed. A team mate and I were both killed from a guy inside the atc 2 days ago.

Why does the extent matter? You can either look through walls or you can't. And in both reg and HC you can look through walls /story

Watches are a must and will be in the final game. Yes they will also be able to be used to navigate... as long as you have shadows switched on lol

It's not a fine line at all. Bitching usually starts off or least contains "fucking devs don't know what they are doing" or "I'm unistalling this piece of shit until the fix this broken ass game" or something to that effect. This isn't even directed at the dev's. And the fact that you continue to create an argument where there is none leaves me to believe that you are seriously struggling at comprehension or are trolling.
