I have my GPU paired with an AMD card with built in graphics. I have a little lag sometimes and by that i mean my FPS will drop from ~70 to about ~30 when im in a huge city. So yes, i do notice Some lag, but it doesnt make the game unplayable.

Lawl @ we have the same graphics card. If you combined that graphics card with an AMD processor with built in graphics, you would be even better off ;)

Figured this would be coming. You guys, they can multiply their profits by probably 5 fold if they go to console. It will probably happen. Of course, console companies wont deal with the alpha bull shit though, and i think they have pretty high standards so this could guarantee a game in the long term. Sniping is a risk that is worth the reward. Think about it. When you are scoped in, you are really vulnerable. And if you want to go get loot, you are even more vulnerable when you come out of hiding. I love sniping.

It depends if you want this game to be easier, or more difficult. I think they should make ammo, clips and other items like that really easy to find, but make the guns themselves REALLY hard to find. Also, to make the zombies more realistic (Like when you Line of sight them they get off you, and you can sneak by them ect)

You can think it means whatever you want, but that doesn't change the real meaning. Endgame content has always been what the goal in mind of the game is. Usually meaning max level, but for the sake of this game, it would be when you are fully geared.
