I think it's messed up you haven't figured out there's not much to do for most people in SA yet and haven't gotten Epoch and DayZ mod for Arma 2 :) You were looking for dramatic? Sorry but this isn't Days of our lives

Console gamers pirate online games too why do you assume a majority of PC players do it? Maybe because there's more retarded players on PC who get caught compared to consoles?

(So I have decided to make my first DayZ AAR in text only I may add pics from over the internet but I wanted it journal style . So for example I don't have a camera I can't take screenshots but if I find a book or magazine with the weapon in it I can tear the picture out and put it in the journal. That'll be added instead of snapshots I plan on my next AAR, once I'm finished with this one, having them however so be prepared :) also there may be a couple grammatical errors, I will try to improve over the course of this AAR, much help would be appreciated P.S. It'll help if you read this with a Russian accent ;)) Day 0 ​August 16, 2014 In Elektro Today mother got me a journal to write in, at this time I'm only sixteen years old. Recently we moved from Moscow to Chernarus due to the economy. We got a quaint little apartment near a hospital, the landscape is beautiful but the weather is rather gloomy, hopefully things will look up for us. Day 0 August 16, 2014 Outside of Elektro I have no idea of what's going on, it was midnight when we awoke. My father was slamming on the door with his fist, I wondered why the neighbors hadn't complained yet, he was yelling that something terrible had happened, people with rabies, or mad cow disease, he claimed they were attacking people in the street, and that soon after the ones who were bitten would follow the same path. We didn't have time to collect our things, my mother and I, so we grabbed a flashlight my parents gave it to me, then we ran out the door and down the steps. As we were running I heard a snap then a scream I looked back my father had tripped on a stair, his leg hit an awkward angle, it had snapped; the bone from underneath the kneecap had tore through his flesh, blood was flowing everywhere a piece of the ligament was hanging out of the gaping wound in his leg. My mother tried helping him....that's when it happened, one of the creatures hit her head with tremendous force I saw her skull gain an indent most likely a fracture or it had con-caved. Terrified I made it outside it was like an apocalypse the maddened creatures eating human flesh, tearing out intestines, people killing others for money or any other goods, and at the same time any of the monsters as they could. I never had problems with admins tbh but it all depends I mean yeah you can get stuff quick but if you play on Hardcore like I do it's actually harder then you think because you can't third person to see people with ghilles etc. some games I joined the admin had you give him the gold and he'd spawn the stuff in and it'd be a certain amount for each thing to make it tough to buy stuff as well so it all depends I guess

Well why have an adrenaline shot if you're being shot at or in combat and you get a broken leg you'd already have adrenaline realistically but it also depends on the break if it's a fracture someone could run it off but if it's clean snapped in half no one can run through that.

Well games need a fine balance so I agree with some of the stuff you said but I also think gear as you said should have a difference maybe so if you have a lot of gear or a big gun and backpack etc. that you run a lot slower compared to a lightly armed player? But if we are soldiers then that shouldn't be a problem either, but I think there needs to be pros and cons to whatever they decide to do I really don't like the godly speed the max is seta t are you telling me everybody can run like a professional athlete at a marathon?

Well depends Epoch had a lot of vehicles in it same with vanilla. You could make you're own base like literally make a massive fort out of concrete if you wanted to, Frankieonpcin1080p has a perfect example of this if you watch his DayZ series, there's more weapons, if you got enough gold and the admin allowed it you could get a jet tank or even a BMP, it all depended but there was so much, you could even join RP servers so people wouldn't just KoS they'd usually play their roles they had, I mean the list can go on but the golden age was amazing compared to SA I still find servers with all of that stuff too you just gotta know where to look, most of the veterans play vanilla DayZ with Epoch etc. because that's what they like more then SA since there isn't much, p.s. in the original DayZ with I think it's Epoch but I may be wrong there's a certain spot you can go and you can get a railgun the vets know what i'm talking about

This meaning having to speed up acceleration, if I'm getting shot at or chased by a zombie I don't want to have to wait ten seconds to get to maximum speed by that point the hoards they're adding and the other player have already killed me and if it's added then deceleration has to be added when turning or zigzagging a tiny bit. That's what I mean by too much realism, as for the clunky movements etc. it's still in alpha they're going to iron those out.

That sounds greedy in of itself you want the greed to end by keeping the game to strictly PC instead of sharing it with people who can't afford it? Sorry but that whole comment has loopholes immature people on COD and battlefield who also play Arma and Arma players who play those games do you assume everyone who has console or plays those games are too poor to afford a CPU or that they don't play Day Z etc.? If the company finds a way to make money they'll do it companies don't care about 'good' games they care about profit so eventually it ill be ported to console.

Okay first off to the person who made this thread I don't believe the next gen can handle DayZ or everything it has people overestimate them the PC's themselves have to be monsters to run this game on high quality graphics so what makes you think a next gen can handle this the game would have to be dumbed down a lot. To the person who made this comment I play PC and console I started on console you can't assume because someone plays console they're going to play the game like COD OR BATTLEFIELD when PC gamers themselves play it like it's a FPS game. Secondly I think it'd be great if it was eventually ported somehow maybe gamers would be more pro and flesh it out. THirdly if they get it for console and they used to play an FPS then they'll be terrible easy pickings for you and as for the die-hard Arma fans I'm die-hard too but honestly there's just as much kids and immature people who play that game and this one as there is on console so don't bring your elitism somewhere it's just rude. Lastly Arma and DayZ are the same as FPS games....all you do is shoot to survive....

Yes the original DayZ is the mod there are mods that add on to it as well such as epoch etc. so keep that in mind

HOWEVER Argent0 I think once SA is out of Alpha it will be better than the original mod

I don't care for Breaking Point much either way, but the original DayZ at this point in time IS better then SA SA has terrible AI as well, what you mean zombies can see me over 5 miles through a hill? Yeah right....besides that there's nothing to do in SA since it's so early in alpha and there's no vehicles or building or anything like that so all there is to do once you collect everything is PvP in the original DayZ mod you can do way more ATM so I just prefer the original over SA

This is why I watch zombieland heavily rule number 38 double tap I might even say triple tap the head to be sure I always double or triple tap people to make sure theyre really dead so I think eventually this would be useless as thats what people would end up doing

You mena in real life? When you hunt you don't automatically reload after you shoot you see if you hit and made an impact or else the animal is long gone anyways so what do you mean by BF4?

This would work best in snow but it rains constantly so personally this isn't that effective rain would wash it away
