i always meet friendly poeple when i have a mosin and they are defensless or when we are 3 vs 1 (or 9 vs. 3) so yeah i've meet loads of friendly players in my journey on dayz :D :D :D

We always play on poupalated servers (what's the meaning on play alone with your group on a empty server? O_o) Try to move a bit inland when you are looking for military equip and stop looking for magazines in cherno, electro, berezino and svetlo where 30 on 40 players are and you will easly get our same charm, you will also find all the usless 9mm magazines and the 1911 ones we usually trow away :D

One night we've got 9 fnx 45 magazines (all in the same game session) please stop saying that magazine are hard to find it's ridiculous meanwhile look better sometimes they spawn in the floor (Hardcore rulez) so try to use first person

totally agree, a snipe (i'm the sniper and the medic of my squad) actually can headshot you just if you stay still or with a very lucky shot, so play safer and take good covers, the M4 sucks as damage you can take 10 5,56 bullets with a pristine jacket + vest and still run away..

Maybe you need to play dayz a bit more or look a bit better ( we play only hardcore also so only 1st person mode) Map are easy to find and you can find also "half maps" not only 1/4, get a full map it's pretty easy (too easy imo), it seems people are always complaining about finding gun magazine and maps while we always find loads, oh and we always avoid high loot and 2/1 hours reboot servers :huh:

Can i suggest to read this? ;) http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/184130-graphic-deaths/ we must also say that actually the only threat (and challange) comes only from other players so until we have some pve content that need cooperation i dubt we will see less KOSers and it's a bit uderstandable

This not a war game, it's a survival, there's arma, COD, BF4, and many more for that.. so stop asking for more military gear and ask for more civilian outfit -
I don't see the sea from a long time.. when i die i always head for inland cities and specially around the airfield you meet loads of players. you will be surprised by how many people (and less cheaters) you can find at stary or novy sobor. So personally i don't think the spawn points are bad. If you need fast action (and usually a fast and stupid death) just jump from somewhere and wait for an elektro or cherno respawn and have fun.. Oh and by the way, cause we do real roleplay, we use only ingame maps and we like the chellange to build a full map and try to navigate only using roads signals and points of interest as landmark, sometimes we've found some nice hidden areas. so: easy map? No thank you!

Because if i'm going to die i want to die cute :lol: :lol: :lol: (joking) BTW what you are wearing don't make much difference in this game except when is raining, do you rember that's still a game right? And personally i will find more realistic in a zombie apocalypse a girl in shorts ant t-shirt then only people running around in full military gear <_<

If we are going for realism we need to say (and a bit of history lesson is never bad) that in WWII nazies have devoleped the zyklon b (nervine gas) as "solution" for mass murder mainly beacuse many soldiers who where assigned to the firing squad in lager kill after kill beeing to show heavy mental instability, so INR you will never become "hardened" ti kill guilt, but this is always after all a game and i think that feeling a bit in somehow the guilt of a murder will be a great addition but still need to be playable so: "AUTOQUOTE!" ;) That's not realistic at all but it will be easy to implement, simulate a bit a guilt sense and give to our character (specially to the KOSers ones) a reason to try to live. Lot of players are asking for a system that make survivors that has lived long a bit of benifit, this can be one and i don't think make the game unbalaced (like different start equip depending on you previus life), put a marker good or bad over our head (Horrible), give us stat who evolve with the time (this isn't a mmorpg) and so on... I like your point of view but It's really hard (i suppose impossibile) bring the emotions of real life into a game, mostly because people sometimes play exactly to let emotion and real life out of games, so you can't force players to feel something for another player when they are playing DayZ as they where playing Carmageddon (let's wait cars to see mass run over on bambies) ^_^

bullshit, i've been shooted different times by people with i've talked a lot and also from people i've helped (and sometimes cowardly from behind) You can't transform a bunch of pixel in something more, cause for you still remain what you are: a bunch of pixel. you didn't die on you chair when i kill you and btw i think that without an emotional involvement poeple will kill each other without any regret. So the only thing people can understand as guilt it's a tangible form of debuff that's the only thing that can give us some realism in gameplay

This is a really good idea but instead after too many kills you need to them after youar FIRST KILL, it's indisputable that killing a man is something that poeple can't do so easly without psicological consequence. Story tell us that in hard time like wars or in a sort of apocalypse poeple kill after kill can become immune to guilt of a murder but you need much time to live with your new moral code if youare becoming a killer, so imo a good system will be:1st kill: 6 gameplay hours of guilt staus antidepressant can reduce of half 2nd and 3d kills: 3 hours of guilt status same for antidepressant 4th to 6th kills: 1 hours of guilt status same for antidepressant After that any further kill has o more effects cause you are "finally" a true cold killer, this will force players to think twice before killing people just for fun (obviuosly all the hours of guilt effect are cumulative in case someone will go to hunt 6 bambies to remove fast the effect) and will force killers to take care of theyr life cause if they die they must pass again for the guilt penality As last thing IMO a good penality can be an unsteady aim for the duration of the guilt status Edit: oh and as someone said a vomit effect if you go over 6 hours of guilt status (red status)

The only problem is that you need to generate loads of empty cans and assuming that most of players will just trow them away it's a waste of server data . Maybe dev can add a single type of can useful for that purpose whit an ideal tight open that store a specific type of food (dehydrated meat?) something nearly uncommon like tuna cans, that will reduce the number of empty cans the server has to process

Lol i've never been killed by a zed before patch and neither after, (oh wait, yes one time, was afk and a zed found me in a bush :P) glitch apart zeds are not really a threat i wonder how can people be killed by them. you just need to run o move sideways with D and A (better D with axe;)). seriusly in the last 15 hours of gameplay with my last character not a single zed has touched me and i've killed in melee something like 100 or more zeds :o

IMO it's the ammo box that's too small compared to others 2x2 items like guns (about 20x15 cm), first aid kit (the one we use in dayz i think it's about 30x20 cm) jackets and pants (similar volume while folded) yellow box (maybe 30x30?). A 300 bullets ammo box (we have one for softair purpose) it's big like a small pc case so i think must be at least a 3x2
