But you need to understand that nobody knows if you are a 12 years old bandit or HC hero DayZ player and the fact that you have a raised gun in your hands just makes people worry for their hardly earned loot. I have been shot soooo many times when I have been a fresh spawn and you wonder why you get shot while you hold a gun in your hands.

I agree. When we get vehicles, you cant just go as fast as your car can go, because you would need to dodge those car wrecks.

DayZ is still running 32 bit so it will take a while to have octocore support or multiple gpu support. Optimization has never been the best part of Arma/DayZ

I was yesterday at NWAF and it is shitfest again. Fully geared players everywhere. I was at 6/40 server and there was people all the time. Everything looted. I shot one player too and after a while somebody came to my camp accidentally and we both panicked but he had sks so he got me :( Not worth it to go there

Yea. In DayZ standalone trailer, girl puts a gun to her head and shoots herself. Why is it in trailer but you cant do it in the actual game :(

Old news. Dean said that long time ago that console version might come out after PC version is done. In my opinion it would be near impossible to get all those commands to controller + inventory system would need to change. -
I wouldnt say that shooting in this game is glitchy. I think the major part of your problem sits behind the mirror.

When I run or walk or in fact if I move at all, I need to spam that hotkey bar to get weapon in my hands. Sucks :(

Some might say that I play like a bandit but I do respect medics. The fact that they risk their gear just to help others is very kind and respectable. Then there are bandits that have miniscule balls and fear everyone and doesnt even try to talk to others just because they are so scared about their Ttsko pants and gas masks.

We deal with that. I like to hunt too but not so much fresh spawns. I prefer hunting more geared players. There is no challenge to murder lots of bambis, but if you kill somebody that has a gun, it is a lot harder. We once took out group of people that had guns and it felt so rewarding to see them in the ground while we Tbagged them.
