It depends. If I can actually see that someone has ruined pants and shitty m4, it means I am too close to him. Also I act differently when I play solo or with friends. -

More like 100%. I have GTX 780 and i7 4770k 4.3ghz and even I cant get stable fps in towns. -

Hunting rifles are actually pretty common, but I agree with you how handguns dont have almost any meaning in DayZ -

Come on dude :P If only thing you see in this game is zombies, then it makes you more call of duty player than me. Cant you see anything else in this game other than zombies? Like human interactions, looting, survival, base building, etc. Off course I want zombies to be a challenge, but not gamebreaking and glitchy as hell. -
Getting on roof of police station fully geared is more effective way to get noticed.

Yes!!! It is shame how zombies ruin the game right now :( It would feel lot more complete game without zombies. I like zombies too I guess, but DayZ Usain Bolt all over the place zombies are just gamebreaking. I prefer slow Walking Dead zombies. -

It is just sad to think how long it takes to get helicopters in Dayz. What have we got in 5 months? Few new weapons, few buildings, some clothes and glitchier zombies. Daaamn the future of DayZ looks bright :( -

I think so. I had little to no problem with hotkeys before but now they are unusable for me. When my character takes gun out, he instantly puts it back. -

I usually go for roadtrip to NW Airfield with my friends to get dem lootz :) BTW it is funny how nowadays people think that NW is full weetod funland where they can sprint anywhere. I never go anywhere in DayZ without being ready for firefight so I have seen many people in NWAF going all over the place and thinking that nobody goes there. So my tip of the day is to be careful at NWAF and it gets worst if you are at low populated server, because of serverhopping. -
SSD gets you huuuuge performanceboost! You dont really need too much ram for this game right now since it is 32 bit, but I am wondering what kind of person build your computer to have decent specs, but only 4 gigs of ram. And is it 1333 mhz ram or maybe 1600 mhz? My suggestion is to not cheap out on ram and get another ram stick and maybe overclock your cpu just a little if you have good enough cooling for that.

I know that. My point was that didnt Dean Hall knew that this game would be too heavy to run in 32 bit and only with two cores or something :D I remember that Dean actually said in one of his dev blog videos before alpha release that he is quite happy how the game runs even with his laptop. I dont know what type of drugs he took to say that.

Nice. It is kinda painfull to die at NW airfield after hour of traveling to there and half an hour of looting. You did the right thing :) I like to watch what people do too, but last time I did that, I got flanked but managed to ran off. Got shot once but it was m4 so didnt hurt me at all :D usually if you stalk somebody and they see you, it is insta pvp match sadly. In your case if you would have been like "hey guys, you friendly?", it would have been shitfest for you :( -
5 percent :DD suure man. Anyways, I dont know what kinda rig you need to play this game but even my i7 4770k and GTX 780 cant handle the greatness of this game in 60 stable fps all the time. Even in low settings. What where they thinking? Open world survival with thousands of zeds all over the map and 40-100 players in the same server, so lets make it 32 bit only. Maybe they should have focused more on optimization than kewl artwork :P

Agreed mate! I have played Dayz SA for 130 hours and havent bored yet. When you kill another player in this game or interact with them, it is so exciting. You dont really get that in other games. DayZ lets me be Rambo, medic, good guy or whatever I want to be. DayZ is also realistic enough, but not so realistic that it is boring. Controls, health system, inventory and all that are easy to learn and understand. Only downsides of this game are: bugs and slow development. But for me it is hard to imagine completely bugfree DayZ since it is running Arma engine. -
It kinda does :P I wouldnt shoot a guy with orange raincoat on and only axe in his back, but if I see full geared player with gun in his hand, I will make sure there is no harm he can do to me a.k.a I kill him
