    Military bases are almost always looted when you get there, they're hotspots for players, most small houses will only really yield a pistol if you;re lucky. Personally, my favourite place when starting a new char is the cafe opposite the supermarket in elektro

    Heatmap is a terrible idea, all that will do is highlight places for pvp, turning it into a situation where all the pvpers flock there and everyone else deems it a no go. It's more fun to not know whether or not many people will be there and if it's safe

    I'm also receiving random buffers every minute or so. fps drop on a respawn hatchet not working very well, if at all Also zombies have super hearing if your walking etc. but seem completely oblivious to gun shots now

    I have the beta patch, and ive been using the UK tag and looking for one with DayZ as the mode. My issue is none of the servers are appearing, except for the red X at the far left, all their info etc. is blank There was a new version of the beta apparently, but now im missing all the files after adding the target extensions

    I was able to connect fine a few days ago, save for some issues with the never ending loading screen but that wasn't very often. Tried playing today and when the server list is opened im pulling up a blank, the servers are there but they all have the red X next to them and no details, can't connect to any. Any ideas?
