Frequencies. Get one working and you'll see. They're pretty under powered atm, only have a range of 1 km and suck up batteries quick. And nobody really uses them, so the chances of you hearing anyone out there are pretty slim. Would make for some nice rp with friends though.

Its a feature, been in for a few patches. Also from what I've read, they are going to remove crosshairs eventually. -
Go back to the server you geared your shotty guy on and you'll have him back. The one with your old guy just isn't connected to the hive properly.

Axed a guy who never saw me on exp in one of those pub buildings in Svetlo. Just an impulse, the guy was totally unaware fiddling in his inventory, I think about to switch backpacks. Figured he'd kill me if I made contact so I ended him like a coward. Then I fully came into the room and saw where the guy had put a cooking pot on a working gas stove and canister, this was the experimental patch that added that. Felt bad man.

Looks like the one up in the far NW. There was a town around it before the last patch to stable :(

^People are dying. Yes, balaklava would be great. Would also like a variety of them, military ones that just cover the mouth, the ones bank robbers use that cover most of the face and those swanky fur lined ones for hunters would be great.

Shotgun is only shooting 1 pellet instead of 9 like its supposed to. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I posted about this the day they pushed the patch to stable on the stable patch thread. Really sucks as I wanted to use it as a base of operations for the .45 content :(

I don't know about a huge mall, but something like a Wal Mart at least for gameplay purposes. There aren't enough big buildings that several players can lose each other in. A gigantic mega mall would be ideal for gameplay though, if they made it really detailed. Can't stand not being able to open doors or whatever because buildings are unfinished :/

I haven't experienced those sounds as a bug since a few patches ago. I was on a 2/40 server when I heard some ammo jingle, figured it was a bug, two seconds later, met somebody. Be on alert when you hear it.

Oh dang, I thought they were new too lol. There are a few around, ugly as heck and don't really fit in. Giant doors that can't be closed too, really odd.

Well, it already gives us the highest amount of protection from bleeding, gotta balance it some how. I think its realistic though, getting beat up all the time would take its toll eventually.

Must be a glitch, or you're waiting too long in between eating cans. Sit and eat 3-4 full cans back to back and drink some. You have to eat alot anyway to get the energized and eventually 'healthy' status.

We're going to have suicide eventually, don't see why not this. Especially what with all the falling through houses and rocks and stuff. Also spawns are all in the east now, spawn hopping isn't going to get you back to Elektro or NWAF. -

They are only at heli crash sites now. Also your ammo disappeared because the 60 round stacks from before the patch were not intended and considered a bug, they now come out of the coupled mags as two stacks of 30. -

All I can say is try to join servers with the lowest ping, and keep people off of youtube and netflix on your internet if ya can, it really helps if you already have crummy internet. -

Yes, it is lag. Any time you can't vault or interact with your hotkeys/doors/whatever it is lag. -
Not if you're watching your back like a good soldier :murder: Lets see... every time you die without seeing who killed you, that must be due to server hoppers right? :rolleyes:

You can though. As I said, all it takes is watching your back. I mean, a player is helpless for like 5-10 seconds during login. If you really are just sitting in one position and aren't moving for a long enough time for someone to ghost you, you deserve to die. Hell, even if its just some wayward player that logs in not knowing you're there and they kill you, you deserved it. Sorry but dems da breaks. I don't want some casual warning bell every time another player logs in near me, I want to be surprised.

All it takes is an 'alt' + mouse movement to see behind you. I've foiled maybe two or three ambushes doing this, all situations where those could have very well been people just logging in. I've also died before to players I've never seen. I mean, what do you want, players to glow bright colors, through walls, and for them to emit warning sounds when they get within so many meters of you? (lol, the later is exactly what you want) :emptycan: I can't really understand OP here, but I'll give it a go. You want a science fiction game? Also of course if you walk your footsteps would be heard.

There is no such thing as a 'safe' place to log out in this game. You said in a building? Well boy howdy, someone may just be in that building next time you go to log in, you dirty ghoster! :|

Considering that a player is completely defenseless on login, and all it takes to see someone logging in behind you is holding alt and mousing around, it is already balanced. Be more aware of your surroundings or die to a wayward player logging in, seems like a good tradeoff for being helpless on log in.

Sure made you mad though... ;) Also boo to login sounds, they are not realistic at all. :emptycan: This can easily be solved by you being more aware of your surroundings.
