Wide open areas are bad like that, I've been playing around with them in Svetlo, seeing how many would aggro if I shot vs axe'd etc. Funnily enough, shooting one that chased me into a building didn't spawn any, but when I got off the streets and axed one in an open area, boom three on me. I think it's mostly a domino effect, one aggroing will cause another nearby to aggro, or something like that. -
Look for them in gas stations and the broken container ship. I find them all the time, and it's my first goal in game other than food as it not only has the latest towns on it, it also shows the amount and names of players on the server. Also they spawn in police stations now. (I think, it had already been looted so maybe some moron dropped it XD)

Books didn't get sick. Also all of our characters seem to be military men and women, their fitness, hair, movement and how they handle weapons all seem to suggest that, it wouldn't be out of place for a pilot to be amongst the survivor's ranks. There are... one, two... three? Airbases and military bases + chopper crashes and military vehicles scattered throughout the map, should be more than enough places to find things you'd need to get a chopper running, hell you'd probably find half of it in civ shipping places. I have to disagree, part of survival for me is the idea that one day, you could rebuild, or at least attempt to. That means *all* technology should be up for grabs for those with the willpower to attempt to recreate/retroengineer it. Also I want this to happen.

If you want to talk realism, there is no reason humans *couldn't* repair helis after an apocalypse.

They added several new handguns and new ammo right along side those wool coats, as well as new (if useless atm) mechanics. Just fyi.

Amazing. These people must be rich though to do this crap, obvious stuff like that is probably easy to track.

I actually like the frequent rain, but they're just pumping up its frequency for testing, I believe, what with the 'wet-damp-soaked' status effects now.

I'm having the exact same problem with experimental downloaded but on a stable server. I'll try here in a bit without [Experimental] on see if that fixes it. The rag handcuffing you is a known bug on exp servers, haven't seen that yet. I am getting the eating/drinking animation glitches though, and LOADS of rubber banding.

Pretty sure that's just a current glitch, not a hack. He's actually sprinting and 'hacking'- you with an axe :P Server side problem I think. Edit: Stable is glitchy as heck for me atm, lots of player animations are borked it seems.

Hmm this sounds good, but only if they're filled with mostly useless clothing. Maybe an occaisional soda or can of food, but it would make sense for some of the backpacks to contain clothes where people tried to pack up and leave.

Because people want to feel empowered. Same reasons someone would want to own/use weapons irl, only in a 'safe' controlled environment.

For some reason, I don't think server hoppers are the main reason 'all the loot is gone'. There could be people like me that log in at certain hours when nobody is on to get their lootin' done, then log off :P Also I server hop occaisionally for stuff like hacksaws, spraypaint, gaslamp, never specifically to loot airfields and such. Can't wait til we are actually tied to a server though. Will miss being able to hop for weather/nighttime, but meh.

Yeah, if you log off with one in your hands it'll glitch out and could be still 'in your hands' but your hands are free when you log back in. So, could've been legit, though still glitching.

About #1, if you drop the container that has the invisible taken up slot and put it back on it will free the slot up again*

It's happened to me before, I just logged off and tried a different hardcore server and got my char back. It's known, saw it in the bug report section but I couldn't seem to figure out how to 'bump' it or create my own report.

^ what this guy said You'll think you're safe, no players around and no zombies... then bam, it happens. Broke arm, broke leg, glitched through the graphics, dead. Edit: The next time around you'll find stuff much, much more quickly, and may even find better stuff! It's all about the journey, don't sweat the gear. -
Oh that guy's loong dead, fell down Pik Kozlova and died. Anyways, if someone is close enough to see the pixely bayo, I'm pretty sure I'm screwed anyways :P I just like having everything I possibly can on it.

^ For some reason zeds are as fragile as we are now when they do leap attacks around slight inclines, even on stable since the last patch. How are you playing on Exp Pacific? They don't show up in my server list anymore ;-; -

Great video, just like your others! Personally though, I find it much easier to deal with zombies as they come rather than run around with a death train. I've noticed that if you're running down even a slight incline, if a zombie does his leap attack and misses, they almost always hit the ground and die.
