    Server Issues

    Ok so i made my own server on my pc granted this is my first time . I trying looking for my issue online but can't find it anywhere so here it is. i load it up i join and i get to the point where it says requesting authenitfacation and it blinks past that and just hangs the yellow bar is black and i time out after 30 seconds i have no idea how to fix this ive tried completely reinstalling everything twice but no luck at all.
