Same as above, I use mouse button 5 for my In-game chat. Also maybe set one to turn flashlight on and off (If you like to carry guns with a flashlight)

Yes. It's not listed on your debug monitor anymore, only as the gauge on the bottom right. Also you don't get 'infected' its more or less a cold.

Graphical glitches should hopefully get fixed soon. Battleye had a update today that MIGHT help combat hackers abit more. This is a really fun mod, hope you end up enjoying it at some point! Hackers, admins have no power other then to kick/ban restart/shutdown server.

Fungy was the only one that wasnt with us, if you could maybe upload the video just so I have a tiny bit to go on. I will be going through the server logs at some point tonight but I have dinner plans with my Fiancee and I'm leaving after I submit this.
