What i would like is certain illness that needs antibiotics or painkillers to cure, it would bring many people into the citys instead of camping the airports/spawns

So i was afk w/ a broken leg, and my friends decided it was fun to push me into the water, so now when i spawn it says im bleeding, terrible pain etc. After 5 seconds the you are dead screen pops up, but i cant respawen. Any suggestions?
