Agree with your post Aradia but even if flashlights were useful the only eay to get batteries is by fresh spawning(or just killing a fresh spawn but thats usually frowned upon) as far as i know.

I like the idea of living by a code and i think alot of yours are great except maybe a part of 3. I just think that the majority of people ive met that had a gun turned out to be pretty cool. I just enjoy meeting new people over PVP(i like both hehe) so it may just be my different playstyle. Anyway good post im gonna try and consider my "code." Not using claimed tho. I can see myself shouting claimed and then the guy im running with allowing me to claim some bullets to my backside xD.

The way id like the zeds is like the walking dead zombies. Easy to take out with a headshot. Body blows dont do ss much damage. They arent particularly dangerous except in groups(not necessarily hordes but that would be awesom!). Also i wish they add some sort of grabbing move where they hold on to you and try to bite you and you have to struggle (or have a buddy) to get them off. Also stealth would be a way to avoid them but im more of a "Imma kill all yall undead muthafuqqas" kinda guy myself. Anyway just my opinion. Edit: They can still be fast though thats the only way they are even a slight challenge. Although i dont think they should climb ladders...i heard they do that in Arma and im not sure i like that idea but thats still only my opinion.

1. I play solo usually and enjoy it WITHOUT KOSING. 2. It isnt the only playable playstyle... or even close. Also no one cares if you think the player base sucks. Guess what? "Fight the dead, fear the living" is a common theme in zombie games. People are and always will try to kill you. Your silly post means absolutely nothing to anyone and no one will change because YET ANOTHER person essentually repeated something alreasy said several rimes over. This is DayZ... and that will never change.

Apparently its a common glitch to lose your stuff and respawn at the shore. Glad you got it back at least.

All i can say is melee weapons need some buffing (not counting the fire axe of course). Maybe not range wise but with damage. If i beat a zombie senseless for 3 minutes with a baseball bat and the only thing that happens is it falls for a split second then theres a problem. Not complaining i would just like to have my own weapon (for roleplay i guess) and not just walk around with a fire axe because its the only sensible option. I think i ranted enough now.

My items of choice are Weapon: FLAMETHROWER Clothing: Sumo Wrestler costume.

I agree too that. When i first found out how to do it my jaw dropped because it was so ridiculous. Im sure it will be patched eventually but as of right now i dont think its much of a priority to the dev's. Could be wrong though.
