Altough I would agree to that personally. The game is like EVE Online... as long as you are playing by the rules, you can do can kill whatever you want. -
It's the CPU, minimum is 2,4GHz for ArmA 2. Wait for the new PC.

How 'bout no? We had weapons at the begining... they got removed for a purpose. If you want to play a run and gun zombie game, Left 4 Dead is your game. -

Most Vilayer servers are decent in performance. :D -
Easy thing, graphics card. The "Intel GMA HD" is not capable of anything. :D Also, even with a Q6700 (quad core 2,66GHz) and a GTX 285 I get 20 fps in Cherno. It could be a server side issue as well, try US200. May I translate the minimum requirements: CPU: Dual core 2,4GHz GPU: Nvidia 8600GT or ATI 3650 with 512MB VRAM RAM: 1GB Now add the DayZ multiplayer: Hundreds of zombies, objects, projectiles and up to 60 players.

In Arma 2, characters have bones made of glass. I got broken bones because of a 20cm (8") drop once. Oh and I know the place... there is no way you can drop from the lighthouse directly into the water.

Why should this be a bug? Jumping from this height can cause severe damage.

There are two ladders and no stairs at the hospitals. But he probably just joined behind you. To prevent this, keep moving... it helped me many times. -

I totally want the GC back until we get some kind of radio or something similar. Or atleast let the servers decide. "3rd person: off | name tags: off | crosshair: off | global chat: on" would be my choice than. :D

I explained why. Do not disconnect while having the shock status. http://dayzwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Status_Effects#Shock It could always be a bug though, as DayZ is in alpha. ^^

You have to wait. :D You are being punished for diconnection while having the shock status (being shot at, hurting yourself can cause this).

I got killed so many times by players... I am too paranoid to trust anyone, who is not in TeamSpeak with me. With side, I found friendlies, but since side is gone... I would say, from the people I did not kill I have a 3 friendly to 1 bandit ratio. -
Just roll back to 93965. Works like a charm for me (fellow ArmA X retail user). But I still concour, not putting out a hotfix because it is "stable"... it is not really (not even playable as you see).
