    The 6990 is a dual GPU, could be that. Or it's just normal lag, because it has to load in many textures. The 2500K will eventually solve those issues.

    That is caused by your slow computer (2,4GHz is minimum requirement for Arma 2 OA) and cannot be fixed. ^^

    Should work fine, anything over 2x3GHz is good (4x2,66 is not so good though... :(). You should set everything on the highest option an try all three benchmarks. If you have results like this: Benchmark 1: >50fps Benchmark 2: >25fps Benchmark 3: >50fps you should be fine. If not, set objects detail, AA, PP and HDR lower and try again.

    Do not overclock your CPU, it can cause problems.
