ok now i killed a dude with something like 68908907+++7493848382 m4 rounds and tuna cans, what is this thing? is there a glitch that can be resolved or is it a hack ?

hello i killed a guy which had in his ammo box 2225 rounds of pristine m4 ammo and i was wondering if this ammo duplicating thing is a cheat or a glitch. i don't want to get banned or something for taking the dudes rounds. ty
