I am 3pp public servers. - SPOSN tortila backpack - black high capacity vest -all sorts of ammo: 100 x SP-6 bulets , 6x10 round clips 9mm bullets + 5.45 /30pcs +.45ACP /40pcs -AKM with 2 fulll mags, rail guard and silencer -Mags: UMP 25/25 - CZ61 12/20 - GLock19 15/15 - 10round VSS mag -ACOG -ATLAS bipod -Range finder Basically all i have is free except for the binoculars. P.S. i do not care much if you shot me, really. I just want to start over. If i am not dying by myself because i am in game now... If i am lucky to meet someone nice it will be even better. At least to be killed after i am giving what i have. :) P.P.S. Where i can find a VSS? I am curious how good it is. I've found helicopters (died twice in the "process") but never found a VSS.

deebz, i think would have been better to post your rig. i know are other better than mine, but this is not exactly a shitty computer. and i am not the only one asking that question. also never heard someone reaching 100FPS EVERYWHERE either... ps. where the fucx is the film grain removing option...? sorry for the shameless offtopic.

Just got out of Dying light session. All settings maxed out (+nvidia options activated) i have between 32 and 47 fps depending where i am. Checking with Parkcontrol i have all cores of the processor active but none of them ever goes over 50%. in DayZ i have around 30 in the cities and over 60 in wilderness but with some tweaks on the cfg files. I7/ G780 with 4gb vram /32gb ram /Samsung Evo840 SSD (this is an Asus RoG laptop) What does it mean? Dying Light is not "optimized" ? Because at this point Dayz does a better job or i am missing something in DL.

I am honestly thinking that it would be more fair from you NOT to justify what you did. You don't need to bring up a "reason" for why you KoS... Because your said reason is rather low in my opinia (and i have been KoS'd so many times that i can't count anymore) Some reasons why your judgement (if it was real) failed: He could be (in Electro): - searching for an item for his injured friend - searching for watter/food( i have been in this situation before, when you have to find it you have to, no matter the Electro or whatever) since you are on dark red... - just enjoining a big city where you can actually interact with people (high populated area that is) as i did it many times. being in a big city does not mean 100% looking for trouble. Can you tell me that 100% he would have killed you? FFS, he might actually became your friend if he would have had a REAL chance, but he did'nt. TL&DR: Do not justify your KoS, you have no real reason to do so. Just play as you want it but at least do not try to ease your conscience here. It is useless.

I just came to the conclusion that i have to do something new until this game gets better. Given the fact that i will never shoot others and being a medic is not for me, i have decided to work for others. Meaning i will try to find those "rare" items and will give them to the first person that's asking for them. I can even take orders but i cannot say how much will take me to find what you need. On the second hand, i do not give a crap if you want to take me into an ambush and kill me. i will start over. If anyone wants to meet me to get them, be my guest. if you can afford to leave me a melee weapon it is fine but not a condition. The only condition is to feed me so i will be able to reach the next town. Provided that you will not shot me in the head after i am giving you the goods (otherwise you will ruin them lol) in which situation you don't have to give me shit because i will be dead. i will have here 2 lists: - first at the end of the first post on this topic reflecting what i have delivered and to whom - second is the first post on second page containing and updated list on both type of servers where i am available now. P.S. I am always alone (unless followed by some loving zed) P.P.S. You unfortunately are more than right.. i don't have enough beans for you.. People tend to forget that a sniper uses his rifle on a mission average time WAY more rare than a regular marines for example. More than 90% of modern sniper missions are intel gathering, not actual shooting. But i think is that because how we are "made".. We fear what we don't know (or can't see) and that fear leads eventually to hate. edit: there is a legend about an old sniper instructor that at some point he said in front of a general: (who said that anybody can be trained to be a sniper) - you can train many people to shot straight, man or woman, sir...but how many can be trained to get from point A to B unnoticed?

You agreed to support this game (when you clicked I UNDERSTAND), wich means in short words that you understand what bugs means. Shut down persistence on your server until it's resolved and move on. I am one of those stupids that never kill another player. Yet... But my opinia is that without the POTENTIAL kos this game will not be the same. Kos has it's own role to play im dayz atmosphere. But please do tot kill me, it' just my opinia.

ontopic: a hero is (simplest definition) someone that risk his/her life to save another life whithout thinking of getting something in return. it is NOT someone who simply "help". you are not a hero if you help someone to pick a proper color for their clothes for example.

Yes, they are tolerating it, and about BIS to terminate a contract with a hoster: it will take a bit more than 2-3 persons "claiming" that the hosters do tolerate them. It is not easy to prove this, and if the hosters does not WILLINGLY tolerate the server owners abuse, please, let me know how i am wrong about the money... then why they are doing it? Because it is so obvious that they do, if from 100 reports you (the hoster) are closing down 3-5 servers and if the list of servers is full with "kick if you join" in their titles.. i rest my case, it was not even a case... As for the rest i was not able to catch on my previous post: /offtopic I am one of the biggest supporters of BIS. Although i have only 100 posts or so, i refrain myself from posting just to read my own writing or to yell/spit everywhere "you haters! it's alpha, go home! come back after 1 year you CoD fanboy" etc etc etc.. Thank you, but i am not a game player, i just play dayz because i like what IT CAN BE and i never play as a combatant. What i said before are all from real life, and if you can match some of those in your play style, good for you! I believe some of them still can be applied on Dayz. Actually most of the times when i survive a dayz encounter is because i am not noticed, but when the shit hits the fan speed is of essence :) The faster you ran, the harder is for the previously said shit to catch up with you.

i wonder when someone will come to the senses and tell the ugly truth: this is happening because of money and money alone. shooting down too many servers means money loss for them. just few of them.. nice. they think we can all be fooled that them hosters are actually doing something. problem here is that not all of dayz players are 12 years old squeakers that can be fooled with red hood stories.

There are 2 major schools/methods when it comes to sniper training but these are the points they are all agree on: - movement is the first one that gives you away (the slower you move the better) - the HUMAN shape is the second one due to how thousands of years of evolution made our brain interpret our own kind - smallest section profile is your best friend (hence laying on the ground facing your threat/target/objective) - color AND shape blending (if on a huge empty grass field you are the only bush.. go figure) - being "part" of the environment, although hiding in a gas station will be difficult to pose as a gas canister. and more of a personal one: NEVER reload (bolt chambering too) your weapon when the enemy is facing you if he does not know where you are. you are just making a huge gift for him.
