let me re-phrase this... can someone tell me who and how to contact for help. and no i was not banned from the mod

i got banned from the Stand Alone for some reason. i don't know if this was some sort of mistake or because of something i did in the game. please help? the only thing i remember doing is trying to set up a private server for me and a group of friends.. can someone tell me exactly who to contact if possible?
