TTsKO isn't that hard to spot really. As of now, it's harder to spot someone in brown clothes in a forest than someone with full TTsKO. Edit: David got a makeover after a very naughty zombie broke his arm and ruined his hoodie.

Can't you people come up with something more original than TTsKO? I have a black baseball cap in my backpack. Not sure if I should switch it out with the cowboy hat. What do you think? And yes, I am looking for a Black Tactical Shirt, but I'm not sure if I should keep the hoodie. Makes me look friendlier. Edit: I got into some, ehm, trouble with a zombie earlier and it ruined my hoodie, and a 60 round mag. Luckily I found a blue check shirt and a blue mountain backpack (both pristine!), which matches perfectly with my black clothes.

Not to mention how wimpy they are. I'm gonna bet your ass that they don't even know how to use the stuff they get. Running from bullets in Balota on a full server at 8:00 will make you a 10x better player than someone who loots on their "private" server. -
I honestly don't think this is true... I've found approximately five LR scopes during my DayZ career. One pristine, the others damaged/badly damaged and one was ruined because i looted it off a guy I shot. The accuracy seems fine on all of them.

Usually at least one LR scope spawns in the North Western Airfield Hangars. They aren't that there rare: You just have to know where to look, and when to look. Tactical vests are way more scarce.

I agree with most of it, except for the dying of starvation and thirst part. As of now, food is incredibly rare in the smaller cities. It shouldn't be impossible to start off the game. But yeah, starting off with a bleeding wound would add some challenge to the gameplay.

That's kinda fair since your friend sounds like a dick. OT: Survivor with psychopath inclinations. I sometimes shoot on sight just for the thrill, but if it's a lone wolf I either let him go or let him know that I'm coming for him. -

Here's a challenge for the people who think endgame gear is boring. Get a 4 slot shirt, 6 slot pants, and a UK assault vest. No backpack. Try and survive. -

I don't like dying because it means I made a mistake or some sort, unless the game failed on me. Every time I die, I reflect over it. What happened? Oh, he was shooting at me and I just continued running instead of finding cover and taking my time? Oh okay. I see. I won't do that anymore. Losing your stuff kinda sucks, but DayZ is survival of the fittest. -
I don't have a picture but: Brown cowboy hat, Olive Tactical Shirt, Black Cargo Pants, Mosin w/ PU scope and bayonet, Blue Mountain backpack, military boots, and black UK assault vest. I'm opting for a black cowboy hat and a black tactical shirt in the future. Perhaps switching my backpack with an improved backpack.
