Seconded! To OP: Nah, they're not. I think the people who complain that they are don't know where to look. If you really want one, go to the NWAF on a low pop morning server (around 8:00). You'll most likely find one. A good sniper pussy is a dead sniper pussy. -
I have reason to believe that I am possessed. Out of the blue, chilly piano starts playing for no reason whatsoever. It's the same piano music every time, and it sounds like it's the game playing it, and not a microphone. Besides, the volume is consistent wherever I go. And just to clarify, it can't be one of my steam friends trolling me. The music keeps playing after I leave the server. As of now it has only happened twice, and only in cities. Explain.

I suppose so. Another place I'd to see more firefights is at Rify (Legbreaker). The place is full of great hiding spots. I'm gonna join a high-pop hardcore server soon and see if I can get some justified kills.

I agree that a lot of "heroes" just kill under the assumption that people are bandits. In order to properly diagnose a bandit, you have to stalk them for quite some time and see if they shoot people without reason.

Yeah, I want to see some Cherno action soon as well. The industrial suburbs have great sniping spots.

Well occasionally I hear weird zombie sounds near the school building in Chapaevks that don't occur anywhere else. Could just be an ad, but still.

I don't use radio services like that. First time: In a yellow house upstairs in a small town somewhere on the map; don't remember. Today, in Dubky when my friend and I were entering the large office building.

It's not excessively loud by any means. I'll try Shazam. Yeah, it happened on two difference servers. It's not from Majora's Mask. Edit: Or maybe it is. I don't have a photographic memory. I'll keep it in mind.

Yeah, googled it in the context of DayZ and Arma, no results. Usually. It's rare. No. Don't know. Don't know. High pitched but sad. Normal. It's short, but it loops. Wouldn't be able to run it.

"It's an alpha" isn't a proper response at all in this context. The only other documentation of something similar is on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/1ybhnn/haunted_piano_house/ I doubt it's a bug. There's no reason for it to happen at all.

The only real difference between hardcore and regular is that 3PP is disabled. That's all. Loot isn't rarer.
