Hardcore is for men, 3pp is for kids. You will rarely meet a childish voice over direct when you get killed in hardcore. But you almost everytime will be shot by kids in babycore servers with this cheat mode that allows you look over fences and around corners. 3pp is an arcade. It is that simple.

3pp servers are a cheat basically. BE should ban all people playing in cheater mode where you can have 270 degree vision, see around corners and over fences.

I mostly play hardcore, so after death I also looted everything from East to West, eventually at Zelenogorsk found high capacity vest, but ditched it after a while for assault vest, cause it has more protection (at least against zombies) and goes better with camo. Also been serverhopping all night and everyone did it too, so I never saw an AK, found only m4 at heli crash and few damaged items in Balota tents. But I'm ok with my mosin for a while, since PSO scope is bugged and has shit magnification.LRS is bugged too though, shaking as if I had broken arms. Developers done goofed with this patch. Also never saw any animal in my over 20 km travel inland. I assume they put like 2 deers and 3 cows per server to fix rubberbanding.

well people who need to git gud never know about this DayZ feature "hold breath", once you bind a key to it, you can shoot straight for hours.

There is a downside of axes (especially fire axe) and a mosin. If a bullet hits the axe or a mosin, it is counted as a body shot. And you die (or go unconscious). So less gear on yourself is better for surivival.

It's like when people complain to the Government about their bureaucracy or corrupt politicians and expect the government will fix things. Some people are just too naive. I really hoped more for this generation of people. But they are as naive as older generation. There is NO INCENTIVE for them to be on your side. They get the money anyway, so why bother? The Government use taxes, the GSP use voluntary paid rent, but the end result is similar.

you oobviously never been to balota tents. You can find at least 2 mags in one run. Also in prisons.

I liked DayZ since the first day. It is realistically clunky (no irony here) and despite its bugs and other issues, it is the best game of 2013.

This always has been a school, doesn't matter what you think. Just like the hospital always has been a hospital and not an office. There is a different TEC house (like one in Chernogorsk) which seems to be an office. But the school is a school.

Yeah I have noticed it myself, practically all buildings are too small. For example commie blocks, yes, people lived in tiny appartements with one room, a kitchen and a bathroom, I lived in it myself, but still the size is too small. School is very tiny. Seriously it is like designed for midgets. The scale should be like 1.5x times higher at least. Of all buildings.

I am in cherno in regular. Can give you binoculars, I need those myself, but in hardcore. I can leave them in some place and tell you server address.

But seriously. I can't find binoculars anywhere in a whole damn fucking west coast, three times. I am in hardcore stable, in Chernogorsk to be more precise. I just need a binoculars, that's it. Can offer anything in exchange (mosin, m4 or morphine etc). This is not a trap. I can come unarmed if you fear to be backstabbed.

What I would like to see in game - at least one more sniper rifle. At least one more automatic rifle. And maybe rocket launcher. (no pun intended)

DayZ is moving to new engine - CONFUSION. Where the glitches and bugs overtaken Chernarus and a player must survive at all costs.

It is a very very very very very well known bug, called dupe or duping. You can kill your clone and get the gear (if you have any).

When you see people getting banned it is not for exactly hacks, that those wallhacking/speedhacking cheaters use. I suspect it is for .pbo haxorz or something else. I doubt BE is so effective.

Currently carrying both, but I'd chose m4 with ACOG. Mosin requires secondary weapon too for close combat. M4 only requires close combat scope, like m68 (which is better than RDS because doesn't block as much view). So if you like camping, take mosin or use both. But if you are pro-active, never carry two weapons. It will only make you slower and die faster.

I used to snipe from Skalisty, until they removed Elektro spawn and nobody went there anymore. But it was fun killing all those fresh kids running on the coast back to their loot. Shitters gonna shit,
