its a hassle but it is possible. use the animations of rolling, vaulting, sitting turning, rolling etc oor sprint into a wall make a jump then lay down. or sprint into a wall and alt-F4 / rejoin

So i decided to do the lazymans way of updating to 1.7.6.1 and removed the @DayZ folder, and clicked the 'install mod' button on steam :) Like a charm! and after joining 15 servers i finally found an official that really was an official server with the correct version :) after finding an axe and some bandages i chopped down my first zed. but at the second hit, the game froze for a few seconds, and created 3/4 screenshots. This was possibly for some sort of steam-achievement, or just something in the mod itself. (my first kill-memory) or something.. but.. where do i retrieve these screenshots? how do i view them?

Okay it has been resolved! Apparently the Teamspeak overlay also has a screenshot funtion i didnt know of.. aside from it being an awsome feature for the standalone, this no longer is a dayz mod issue, but a failure in Teamspeaks overlay not announcing it having this functionality.. its defaultly mapped to the reload key which i probably hit..

it froze and showed 3x black bubbles with the text "Screenshot captured" in the centre of my screen, I had never seen that before so i guessed it was just a steam-thing but it was right at the moment i killed the first zed after a fresh spawn (at the 2nd chop with an axe) i wasnt running fraps or other software that could have caused it. maybe it was something in the mission file of that server, although i dont think thats possible..

that only shows the screenshots i took myself (with the F12 button) i meanth the automated screenshots, i cant find anything achievement related on steam for DayZ-mod

Hi there! We've emjoyed the map so far (even tested the new guns youve added) the overall conclusion is pure awsomeness! :) there are some issues though :) 1) The heli platform where the military chopper spawns isnt levelled, after spawning the heli slowly rolls off the platform (has wheels) 2) The military helicopter has no repair option (dayz spawns vehicles with defective items S) Fixed this by Replacing the military helicopter with a AH6 (Littlebird) armed (no wheels, should have repair option, else > UH1H_DZ) 3) The Civillian chopper cannot be repaired (no repair option) S) Fixed this by replacing the civiliian chopper with an unarmed AH6 littlebird (has repair option) 4) The Tunnel-in-a-tunnel in underground barracks is a garranteed legbreaker when used to travel back up S) place a sign 'Dont enter without morphine' ? :P 5) The big buildings in Vorkuta where u can acces the roof if you logout proned on the roof, you endup swimming halfway inside the building after logging inn again :)

for those that didnt find one yet :) i also heard rumours of a sniper version!

anyone managed to fix their Broken NVG or Broken GPS yet? :) oh and the only strange gun i've found sofar was the nsw_er7mm
