From my experience they don't respawn until the server restarts. -

Way to stop quick respawning

Couldn't they just add a maximum amount of characters one person can have per hour or something? Like the lives system on some ARMA 2 servers. This would discourage people from spam respawning. -

Yah I've seen tons of watches recently too. They need to balance the loot table for tools a bit better. -
I've found two since 1.7.1 they do feel a bit rarer now.

I agree. If I have a civil suit' date=' I keep reloggin till I get black skinned one ... as White+blue is like a big sign saying "Kill me, I'm here!" [/quote'] Even if you relog until you find a civilian skill you like that doesn't mean other people see you in that skin. I've tested this with my friends. -
