I have just been killed by some guy who was teleporting behind me and laughing his head off around the back of electro, he kept appearing behind me and vanishing again calling me a 'fag' like being killed by a hacker is not enough it had to be a 12 year old. This just seems to be happening more and more and i just do not understand what is going to be done to stop these cheaters, everyone is so quick to say 'there will always be cheaters in a game' but that does not excuse the fact that nothing is being done about hacking. Battleye and vac are not good enough on their own. I never played the mod but i am 99% sure they had both and it did not really make any difference there so does anyone really think it is going to do much now, especially when the hacking websites sell copies of dayz for really cheap as well so the deterrent for cheating is not working. I think hacking needs to become the number one priority because i am not going to play this game again if i get killed by another hacker. Is there anything else that can be done to stop cheating ?? because if battleye and vac are the only things then i dont have much hope for the future. Is anyone else getting killed by hackers a lot more lately ??

exactly. Ok, thanks for the input. I really wanted to find out what else can be done for stopping cheaters other then battleeye and vac so although i understand it may be annoying i wanted to know why more has not been done. Also if you have not noticed and the many threads are there to prove it if you want to believe them, cheating is becoming a lot more prevelant. I am noticing this and so are many others and i dont think another ban wave is really going to stop it so i guess this game seems to me to already be like arma 2 and no one can tell me why this is going to be any different.

No, The long range scope only spawns on the atc, barracks, hangars, and bunkers with the tents. Given how rare the scope is you will need to visit a few airfields to find one.

Terrible dude to be completely honest. You need to find a small bush just to the right of that tree and tuck yourself in there, a million times better because you can see much more and you are a lot harder to spot.

This reminds me of a time when i gave someone an sks in cherno and watched him head to bolota only to arrive there later with him at the top of the atc gunning down new spawns. I told him was the one who gave him the gun and tried to go to the top unarmed to talk him out of his evil ways only for him to gun me down and call me a quote 'muppet'. that's why i do this. I can be a hero without taking any real risks, win win.

This is what i play while storming building to building, sweat dripping and a sewing kit in hand.
