You what I just thought? While I do think they would have to make the gun straps semi common, I think that it'd be cool if hey made it to where you could eat or drink and other basic things with your gun still being in your hand, without having to put it up. Maybe for bandaging, since that takes two hands, putting the gun on the ground while you do it could be part of the animation, and the animation would take a second or two more, because you have to put the gun on the ground/pick it up. That could be another reason to get a strap, so that you can do things faster, because otherwise you're doing things with the gun still in your hand.

I personally would want some stealth oriented clothing. Either that, or some hoodies where you can actually lift the hood -

This is something that's been bugging me for a while. I think the clothes should be more.... rugged. I think pristine clothing should be very very rare, and that, for the most part, you're going to have to wear clothes maybe with dirt on it, or with rips in it. It just doesn't make sense that after the apocalypse, there's perfectly new looking clothes lying everywhere. What do you think? Feel free to post why you do/don't think this is a good idea! :D EDIT: At the very least, I think they should make clothes in the worn state look dirtier. Imo, worn looks too clean right now

True, they aren't INCREDIBLY easy to find, but you can always sew them up to worn condition, which looks too clean to make sense in my opinion -

While I do agree that you shouldn't be able to press 'R' to reload (except with speed loaders), I feel like they should eventually fix the animations. The correct amount of ammo being loaded into the gun, the clip/mag actually being in your hand when reloading, etc... -

The title says it all. As I read more and more about all the restrictions it has, and how difficult it makes everything for the most part, it gets increasingly annoying. I believe Dean said that they might change the engine later on. I for one really hope they do. EDIT: Yes, I am completely aware engines take a long time to transition to/make. I simply asked for opinions on what could be considered a problem on DayZ. Yes, the engine of course has many advantages, but there are also a lot of problems. I'm just going off what Dean said on a video I watched somewhere that they might switch engines down the line. -

When are they going to fix the issues they're having with the bandwidth use or what not? If I remember correctly, isn't that the client is spamming messages to the server (Or vice versa, I don't remember) therefore taking up to much bandwidth? -

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if Dean Hall, or I guess whoever the next lead will be, ended up removing the zombies. I think that would immerse me much more into DayZ. But then again, remember that a mod for DayZ that removes zombies is made once the workshop comes out :P -
