Kamikaze-X

see, I'm not sure I can recreate it so i'm not 100% sure it is a bug or whether its something to do with my 'gaming' keyboard. I'm certain I pressed F1, he got the axe out, I pressed F1 again, then mashed W to run, and my guy sat down, stuck his arms up, pointed, thumbs up, waved and wouldnt move!

playing on a friendly server (yeah right like that is a thing ;) ) I met a guy, pressed the wave button, and he pulls out an axe and spaffs me in the head. I try to run away, double tapping W when my character proceeds to go through a cycle of all the animations instead of actually legging it. I mean, first I was frustrated, but then I remember obvs its alpha, and I bet it looked pretty funny from the other guys perspective. anyone else experienced it? is it something to do with my mechanical keyboard? or is it a server thing?

I visited Green Mountain on a trek to the NWAF, from Zelenogorsk. Nothing happened when I was there, but I did notice that I had aimed to come out of Zeleno from the North, and I could see GM to the North East. So I thought great, I'm going in the right direction. Next thing I notice, GM is on my left, due west. I have a compass. I notice that I am actually on the road EAST. I am 100% sure that I left Zeleno from the North. I even stopped at the North water pump before leaving. Anyway, I went up the mountain, using the road on the way up, and as soon as I hit the tree line, it started bucketing it down and lightning strikes all over the place. nothing happened whilst I was there other than doors being open after I had closed them even in the same building, and I had been watching the compound gate which never opened so I chalked it up to a bug.

*sigh* thats what this game makes me do, regularly. I'm not new, I played the mod (a long time ago, I must admit), and I know my way around (and how to navigate the search features :P) anyway, as it stands, this game is inherantly unfair. not the other players, but the mechanics or lack of, and I know that this is an alpha, so it should be expected. So, I aimed to play as a philanphropist. I loaded up on loot, after maybe my third spawn, and went on my merry way. I then walked up the stairs in the firestation on the north west airfield, and somehow, just SOMEHOW, had my leg broken. So, I proceeded to slog to the jail building on the south of the airfield. Nothing there, and no point looking for sticks. I come back today, lo and behold, theres a morphine injector right in front of me. WOO! so, I go on my merry way back to the coast to see who I can help. BUT NO. I go for a wander through Staray Sobor and then head north again, into a field, and the server gives me the 'no message received' thing. It crashes. I log onto another server. It spawns me on top of the hand rail on the stairs on the outside of the huge barn. My character proceeds to fall off, and BREAK HIS GOD DAMN LEG AGAIN. Not once have I broken it through my own fault, so far. Spawning with maybe 5 seconds of no fall damage would fix this particular problem, but this is one of the things that really needs fixing before this makes it to the big time, as it will put off a lot of players.
