    DayZ Standalone is what the name says. A standalone from Arma 2. You can purchase it in the steam store for around $30 I believe? Anyways yes! I'm running DayZ with a Athlon X2 6000+ cpu, 3 GB ram, and a GT 620. I get around 30 FPS and I've got a pretty old build. You should do just fine.
