The problem is - who would build such communities? Too much work and coordination.There are always people who would screw everything up. Everything is okay for me, in real life, you cant really tell if the other person is friendly or not, okay the look on his face, his stance, but these are things that would be nearly impossible to implement, and even if done, I find it hard to believe, that it would always work properly or work at all. And the bandit/hero skin stuff has been discussed numerous times - that system was abused, and will be abused.And about the looks eg the drawing in the notebook, or system with player names etc, both can be changed with a few clicks.

Since when were the helicopters overpowered? And OP sais that 60% why helis were overpowered is due to easy spotting, how did I manage to hide from helis myself, and my tents?

If only people knew that weapons are not measured just by the accuracy, but I hope they will bring in weapon jamming and the effect of environment on the firearms in general, but at the moment only thing we can say is "I have a dream, that one day Dayz...) ;D

No its not, but its not that easy to control (on the internet in general). I was trying to say, that you just have to get used to some people being assholes, childish etc etc, paying no attention to them is the best thing to do imo, since they are usually attention whores (at least the ones I have met)

Vehicle modification was mentioned by Rocket, so most likely it will be in, "soon" after vehicles.I dont see tanks being useful - considering how long it would take to repair them, and how easily they are destroyed.

Back 2 topic, though: Having a gun on the backpack should slow the player down a bit while sprinting, I could imagine. Otherwise it will become boring, because evry-1 will carry a Mosin+bipod+comp+LRS and an M4+MP-stock+MP-grip+ACOG Dont call me a liar, you would still have to sew something onto the backpack, for the weapon to be able to stay there, thus modify, THAT is what I meant.

Rocket has already said, that you will be able modify backpacks, including carrying more weapons.
