Watching the bug report you should see there is (still) a way to trick the "signature check" as it was before: delete files, start game, put the files back in and join the game. BE only checks if the files are there, but not if they were loaded with the game.

Well - me and my friends got killed from a (presumable 12 years old) hacker through the (for him) invisible wall with unlimited ammo like every day (at least once). Really hope they did something against this with the upcoming new stable, too.

It's just that simple as it already was mentioned: a short info of who killed whom so that admins can identify and kick them and giving admins the option to decide who's allowed to play on their servers (with a ban, at least for the own server).

I had and sometimes have the same problem. My solution just was/is to run a little bit with ur fresh spawn, change something in the inventory and then (before the server restarts) log off. Login again and check if u r at the same position. do it till it was saved. Once it was saved to the server it'll save every next progress (till u git shot or something...). At least this works for me this way. Hope it does for you, too.

There are still guys running and shooting through the prison building because they just deleted the texture file for the building. Several times now over the last days I saw some guys doing this on the NEAF - I was at a secure sniper position. Does this mean Battleeye still doesn't detect missing .pbo files? If so, is there a way for server admins like me to tighten the detection level? This is from a cheater telling how it works in a forum: "I just wish to confirm that this still works, Remove the pbo files load the client join server get kicked for corrupt data #11 or 10 while at the server list in game put the pbo files back in to the addon folder and load in to the server BE detects the files present but the client dosnt load them upon start up" Entry #13 on this site

Do u remember the contents of ur inventar? Any stacks made on protector cases, pants or something else? If u did 3+ stacks with something in ur inventar, ur char can't be loaded anymore in some cases. 7+ stacks even crashes servers. Getting the "Please wait" screen at least gives the opportunity that ur char already can be seen by other players. Guide someone to your last postion, join and let him kill you as soon as he can see you. Should solve the problem

Could be a memory problem (caused by overheating). Download "GPUZ" and let it log the temperature of your GPU. It'll save it to a .txt-File so you can see if it is getting too hot. I had exactly the same problem and it was the overheating.

The hotfix on expermimental servers works perfectly great. No desync, smooth playing and no session lost problems at all. Thumbs up and all my beans for pushing this hotfix to stable

Guess your wrong! Check http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/forum/131-devtracker/ and u'll see they're working hard on a patch. What do you expect? Something like: 7:01: "Hey, we maybe found it" 7:02: "Ah snap - that doesn't fix it" 7:03: "Doing another test" 7:06: "Ah snap - doesn't fix it, too" 7:10: "Right now doing another test" 7:16: "Ah snap - not helping" Marry one of them or just read the dev blogs and chillax... They're working on it

By then just join "DayZ US..." Servers. Had desync issues all the time. A friend of mine then told me to join a US server and it really works. No desync issues so far - absolutly smooth, even with low bandwith connection.

These zombies now beat the shit out of you if they get you - finaly u have to take them seriously, too. Good work on that! The game in general now works more smooth, even on my sluggish computer which is pretty much performant as a Gameboy

Hey, theres an increasing problem with hacking "people" and I wonder if there's any progress, efforts or news on/about detecting those intellectually challanged guys because at the moment the game is nearly not playable anymore, except of it's ok to you and your group to get shot or knocked out at least once or twice a day by teleporting and aimhacking guys, that nearly simultaneously kill you and your entire group. I fell like this problem is getting worse and serious and has to be managed somehow and at best as soon as possible. My question now is if somebody knows about news and/or development regarding anti cheat solutions. P.S.: I'm not that kind of person that's just calling everyone a hacker or glitcher just because I got shot. I'm seriously talking about guys that definitely hack (people that teleport, shoot through walls, etc.). Not complaining or railing against or about hacking people, just wanting to know if there are solutions against them on the way.

Just in case: already checked if there's some filter options active?

Hey Fellas, I always spawn at the coast, no matter which server I join, how I'm equipped, how often I try etc... Already tried restarts, validating files.... I only play hardcore on stable. Any1 with the same experiemce and a solution maybe?

Sorry - my bad :). I forgot to change the headline. It has to be "permanent ticket for the coast - char doesn't get saved". I already tried to play on regular, on others servers, on another day and I reinstalled the game two times as well. Acted out every single option without success. I'll now wait for the next update and hope it'll help me out with it. Thanks for your replies

Unfortunately I have to report a server rented by my own too as a server having problems sometimes with saving the char to the central server - many complains about beeing reset to the coast after automatic server restart: IP: 46.4.25.84:2602 Name: DayZ [C]haos [C]ucumber [C]rew | Bandits VS Heros Host: Vilayer Location: Frankfurt (DE)

Classic! Soemtimes it just happens that your char wasn't saved to the central server. Happened to me 3 times already - 2 Times because of server restarts. Just don't fall in love with ur gear too much. It can be gone bcause of a bambie killing u with his axe while u'r already logged off or just because it wasn't saved to the server. Play, collect some experience and get used to lose all of ur stuff without a reason.

My first thought: "clever"! :) It actually is a known issue that ammo boxes, protector cases and even medpacks cause sync problems - especially for other players. Stacking them up to 7 times is really the bottom. The next stable version, coming on friday, reportedly fixes the problem with servers spaming inventory information to other players. Try to switch to experimental version and better come back to stable after the patch on friday.

Is it a blue screen that informs u about a problem with the hard drive? Sounds like a hardware problem - maybe ur hard drive or ur mainboard is broken. (Full) scan ur hard drive with http://www.chip.de/downloads/HD-Tune_23932256.html and try to connect ur hard drive to another SATA port on the mainboard. Can't be the game causing ur computer (windows not even loaded) to have problems with detecting ur hardware

Yeah - not really a bug. If u was shot down once ir maybe twice - u have to loose blood - ur shaking pretty bad. Morphine or a a stick helps out till u got shot down again ;). My char was shot down to unconciousness 7 times now. Morphin pen or Stick always made me a evil good aming ass again
