I'm not sure what your complaining about. It looks to me like they take Donations for their clan.. Most clans do this so they can pay the costs of their servers as well as do prizes for stuff such as the Far Cry 3 giveaway that is listed in your initial post. I haven't played on the Taviana map, but I am not sure what you saying is cheating in those screenshots, if that's what you are referring to in your last post.

What version of ArmA II, DayZ, and map you will need will ultimately be determined by the server or servers you wish to play on. Most servers are probably running: Arma 2 Beta: 100296 or later DayZ: 1.7.4.4 Chernarus is the most heavily played map, but you might check the others out to see if they are to your liking. Some servers running Namalsk have Bloodsuckers (invisible creatures that are versions of a creature from the Stalker game series). Private hives will have less script runners on them. They still occur but populated private hives will generally have more features to deal with them as well as active admins removing them

This is cool and all for pet lovers, but... Can you shoot it? I mean, it's just what we need, another method for a sniper to spot survivors from the tree lines.... Sniper, "Oooo, a dog, there's a survivor around someplace! There he is!" BLAM! "Thanks pup!"

That sounds like the server you were on was having trouble updating battleye on your client. If you logged onto a different server and it successfully updated your battleye, that is probably why you had no more trouble with battle kicking you. You can probably log back on and check that ATV out if you remember where it was. If battleye kicks you again something else is going on.

If this were the case my friends would be having the same issue.

Its definately not happening to everyone, my buddies are able to move to refresh the server list with no problems. Edit - I can connect directly to a server if I have the IP.

I am having the same issue - 40-60 sec lag to go from main menu to server selection - no servers load up. However, I am on VOIP with friends who are able to connect to servers just fine.

You're doing it wrong. Go inland, find Deer blinds get weapons and ammo, go into inland towns with SM's get tools and new backpacks, camp out in the woods living off boars. This fixes the issue for you as bandits won't be looking for you. Unless you pick the wrong woods to live in of course. A random bandit moving through the area on the way to high pop areas might accidentally find you.

Had this happen several times, and its a little annoying, had an M24 in my back pack yesterday and now I have a g17 in there instead. NOTE: I also spawned near the deer blind I found the M24 in when I was no where near the spot when logging out last night. Edit - LOL: I just checked my back pack again, and 3 of the 4 M24 mags (I split them from a DMR and used one mag) I had are still there Prior to acquiring the M24 I had an LA85, tried to swap it to my M4 and the LA85 just vanished. Same backpack. If only the LA85 had been returned to me... Prior to that I had a Bizon SD equipped and an M4 CCO in my backpack a few days ago, switched servers due to somebody killing in debug forest (didn't want to die that way) and when I arrived, I no longer had the Bizon equipped and the M4 was gone. Note: Again, When I logged in I was no where near where I had last logged out.

There's already PvP hit detection, (murders vs banditry uses it) When DC'd IF hit by another player Then die.

That actually would serve to help the hoppers in the event the barracks don't have loot spawned, they wouldn't have to exit the area and then come back, they could just head straight to them.
