    Keep in mind it will take a while for your health to Regen because you must first be full on blood before you get a healing status. Blood loss - represented by loss of color Health loss - represented by loss of clarity.

    The game will most definitely be moddable, but not until there's a decent framework underneath it. Regarding API, there's really no knowing right now what will be there. The devs are hard at work getting the base game to a reasonable state, only then will they worry with lower-priority things like modding and possibly API.
