    Ok ive done that graphics thing and are re-downloading dayz.

    Hi all, My old laptop died about a week ago and I got a new top of the line windows 8 one. When I go to play dayz through steam I press the play button and it says "preparing to launch dayz" it then closes (like normal) and nothing happens and my account goes back to online instead of ingame dayz. I have also uninstalled and re-installed and nothings changed. Ive gone to steam support for help and done all of the things it recommend and the problem remains. Please help! btw it worked fine on the old laptop and is still on it if its a problem.
