I think I wasnt clear, i would like some stealth action, but for gods sake not something similar to the knife kills in bf. This only fits in fast Shooters. If the Player can sneek on the enemy, and aim at his throat, or different weak spots, he should be rewarded, but not if he just runs to his Opponent and jumps behind him to do a Knife Animation. You are able to do a silent kill, not as good as it could be, but still u can.

... You serious? Sorry, but this isn`t a Egoshooter, where u are able to get on a 16 Killstreak. This is Dayz. A SURVIVAL GAME! Why the hell do u want to have this? I dont get it. Well its no wonder, DayZ right now is heavily PvP based, but come on, dont try to turn it in a Egoshooter. You have to be Patient and try to wait for a mistake from ur Opponent to kill him in Combat (if he carries a gun). So to sum it up, I hope not and if so, i hope they will not add it ingame.

As a 19 Year old boy i have to say "outch" °3°. Back to topic. I dont really care if u are a woman or not and the fact that most of the People i meet are from another Country (well I try to avoid german servers, but dayum thats like avoiding a homing missile) makes them interesting for me. So i try to get a bit in touch when i go with them for a while, learn a bit about them and their Culture and this makes it a bit more cheerfull in a Game where u are running most of the time. So yeah thats my Point of View. If you are an europe Gamer I would advise you, not to go on a german Server, seriously don´t. I don´t like it to hate on my own People, but its by far the worst Gamer Community I have ever met. Only a few of them are thrustworthy. Also try to avoid Player groups, they don´t need help and are most of the time hostile.

Since DayZ was never really about the Zombies and more about the Player Interaction, i would say its DayZ right now. When DayZ starts to set the Zombies in focus, so that they are a Threat and not just annyoing, than I would say Its the Dayz I want.

If you think about it, this behaviour isnt new. People who play on PC tend to think they are better than the people who are playing on Xbox/Ps3/Wii. People who are playing dota tend to think they are better than the People who play lol. I could go on. So yeah. Its nice and stuff that you are playing hardcore, but dont brag about it. At the end we are all Survivors who want to play a good Zombie Survival Game ;).

Okay I give in and post again. The People who are telling me u are exposing urself in 1p when u peek, can u answear me one question? To whom are u exposing urself? The guy with his 90° View who is in front of u and doesnt know u are behind him? To the guy who is 200-300 meter away from you? To the guy who is passing ur building u are In? I can only think of a few scenario where the other Player will see you peeking at him. Most of u guys know how to hide urself, when they notice that there is someone around. I dont want to say that third person is better but neither should you. They have their own downs and ups. If you want to play in first person have fun with it, im happy u can enjoy this game, but dont try to ruin it for others, because thats just being a d*ck. Btw. Caboose187 the only Segregation i can see comes from first person People, who demand that this is the only way you should play. I didnt even know that this was a thing until now. People are different, get over it.

As far as I know its even better than the M4, but hard to find. Either u are going to the airfield, which is risky and even then u dont have a garanty to find the weapon or u are going to Server hop, well but if u do so u will lose my respect.

Im shocked seriously I am. So this is how a part of the DayZ Community thinks? Lamecore? God and I thought the DayZ Community was mature, well u should expect it, its rated 18. But no, you guys think u are better, because u are playing a game differntly. That said, yeah I like to play "Lamecore" , because its realistic. Does Dayz give me a 180° View? Its just 90° guys, nothing compared to the rl. You can´t peak over a Wall in first person and even if u could, you would not expose urself, because just a little bit of ur head would stick out. But yeah i dont care anymore i raed 12 Pages of People arguing for and against third person. And MLG420blasezeit speaking of gene-pool, probably an adult, who has a pokemon as Avatar, calling himself blasezeit ( german-Blowtime and yeah i think he mean it that way) wants to have a genocide. So those ecperienced Players will stay inland? Im highly question this. Because experienced doesnt mean they are no d*cks, who will rape some newbies. But i dont know if it happen, we can just wait till the new airfield gets stable.

well now people will go more likely to Novodmitrovsk, its a good spot for farming and dayum thats a huge new town. I like the change, but I will fear that the Coast raiding will increase, because now newbies have no chance in getting good Equipment and are a easy target. Okay there is still balota, but this doesnt count for the new Spawns at the NE Coast. We will see how it works out.

So i did some research, well i watched a video :DD (this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0hSBv0B7zA ) and as u can see it oneshot Players, if u hit them in the chest. So at least the dmg is acceptable, but the crossbow has still some down sites. I will try it next time, i hope i will have some good experience with it.

I didnt. Im too afraid to use the Crossbow. At the time i find it with some bolt i already have at least a sks and I dont want to lose my stuff because i picked a good for nothing weapon. At least this is my opinion on the Crossbow. Would u recommend to use it, would test it next time if u say so.

Are there numbers for the dmg of the real dmg for the crossbow, would be good to know, The Thing is, it is designed for PvE, but u will most likely meet other people on ur journey. Thos People will not be friendly, well most of the time. So now u are there with ur Crossbow and u have no chance of Surviving this situation, because ur Weapon is Useless in PvE. I dont want it to be the überweapon, but at least u should be able to defend urself against bandits.

So I want to ask u guys if the dmg of the Crossbow is understandable.The wiki tells me it only does 200 dmg, even the 1911 does 500 http://dayz.gamepedia.com/Crossbow /http://dayz.gamepedia.com/1911 . You are firing a huge bolt and this is all it does? You can oneshot Zombies, but not Players? Thats Bullsh*t. For such a long reload time, i could expect a bit more dmg. It doesnt have to oneshot Players, but heck! It should at least not tickle the Enemy. This is just my opinion and I was looking forward to using this weapon, because I feel more like i´m a Survivor with this weapon and not a Soldier. Tell me ur opinion on the Crossbow.
