Not really.... if your in a vehicle ridding across the map when a server restarts, well, those boots were made for walkin'.

Im having the same problem, happened twice today and if/when i do get into a server, its a fresh spawn... no gear... hungry, thirsty, you know the drill. mine might be a tad different, because in most cases i can get into the server, but after a few minutes i get kicked out with the confirmation of changes error.
