Hatchets and crowbars are more often-occurring than guns so keep looking and you'll eventually find one. However, the crowbar is a pile of moose doo-doo. It takes 3-4 hits to drop a zombie.

I would go to Xfire for that, not DayZ.

Bikes need to slow the hell down. My squadmate almost careened into a forest by going so fast on her bike! Also, an increased number of vehicles should be present, of course not operational.

If there were zombie fish, how would you make it in one piece to the continent? Anyway, wouldn't this fit more comfortably in the Suggestions forum?

Don't collect all your weapons in order. Find them all at once if possible. If someone sees that you have a pistol, they'll automatically assume you have a better weapon. It's best if you keep all your player encounters unarmed.

Of course you can't trust anyone but that doesn't mean you need to start a bloody massacre! If you want to stay alive, stay away from cities.

It is entirely normal. Everyone starts off with nothing but painkillers, a bandage and a flashlight. Sometimes on veteran servers you do not get a flashlight.

Right clicking on items will allow you to use them. Many servers set their difficulty to a certain level. Click once on a server to see the difficulty. Guns are no longer available and will stay that way.

Complaining about the ride once you get on is something YOU should alleviate as soon as you bring it to notice. Either bear with it or leave the wagon.

Nein. Morphine spawns are fine as is. Most of the time, morphine isn't even needed. The time it takes to find morphine and the amount of times you break bones is balanced out.

You respawn when you die. People will kill you. Happy? Play the game instead of denounce it on the forums.

You need to be patient. I cannot stress it enough. Even if you are dying constantly, it does not mean the game is bad in any way or the devs need to do something about it. Think about what you might do if you were in the same situation. Would you whip out your flashlight immediately, or scout around for a hatchet or other weapon?

I assume Group chat is the same as Global, since everyone is on Bluefor. It only seems to work in pre-game lobbies, such as when waiting for the game to load.

+1 Took people a while to get the message. It's all about patience and adaptation. Apparently, all the new recruits we got from people like PC Gamer and RoosterTeeth are too aggressive and impatient to last more than 30 minutes.

1. Coordinate with friends on a specific rally point. (Ex. Meet up in Berezino) 2. Like Mines said, avoid large cities. Players will be hunkered down in many large, highrise buildings. Be on the lookout if entering these places is absolutely necessary. 3. Be on a voice chat program, like Ventrilo or Teamspeak. It's faster and more efficient than typing as long as it takes to confirm a friendly.
