Download dayzlauncher and search for finaldayz.

You don't need to have two installs to run two Dayz accounts on the same computer. Here is a workaround for the decryption of headers failed error that only takes a few minutes when switching accounts. http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?173386-ARMA-2-Complete-Failure-to-Load-File-Decryption-of-Headers-Failed-Windows-8-1

1. Uninstall everything and exit Steam. 2. Right click on Steam and run it as an admin. 3. Reinstall Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead at a minimum as the admin. 4. Run Operation Arrowhead as an admin and wait until it installs the 3 DLCs and loads to the menu screen and then exit. 5. Download http://www.Dayzlauncher.com and the mods you need will be automatically downloaded and installed when choosing a server.

Apparently this doesn't work anymore. I follow the steps but get a BAF decryption of headers failed error when attempting to connect to a server with DayZ Commander.
