Not bad, there was also a game I used to play a lot - "Delta Force: Black Hawk Down". Still best game in it's kinda imho. Video looks a lot like that game. =p

Sorry, but as an honest opinion.. this video.. isn't good. Besides that the mechanics suck, the video is.. rather.. pointless and I agree with the comment above - it either should have an interresting plot, or look awesome, if you manage to do both - gonna be great. I'd suggest to make it that way. You're driving car along the road, and then in the light of headlights you see a lot of abandoned cars.. you and others get out of the car, looking around.. and then in the darkness of the night you see a siluet of someone.. you assume it's a living person.. you call him.. siluet slowly turns around.. and you see it's a zombie.. and next thing you see is a zombie horde rushing at you from the very darkness that surrounds your car.. and... well the next step is up to you. Due to the powerty of game graphics, zombie models, animation and game mechanics all in all that might be the only solution to make it more threatening.

Also are there any constant clans bigger than 20 people in it? Don't wanna have another home server with 100+ members clan on it.

*facepalm* you get Murders if you kill "innocent". If you kill a person who've just shot another person or injured you - you get a Bandit Kill. That's the lame way this system works right now. And I repeat.. if you came to DayZ just to camp spawn points or starting locations with top gear, shoot people (even those with no gear at spawn points) then this game is not for you. Go BF3 / COD / CS...

Well if you want a shooter game - go BF3. DayZ turned into massive PvP which this game should not be. And there's a bandit problem because 99% of people are bandits and that's not how things were meant to work, as Rocket have mentioned already.

Oh well.. if only they listened to our suggestions about Bandit / Survivor system, the game would be as fun as it was before they removed it... but well they work on bugs and stabilisation and etc etc etc....

WRONG! Check updated guides for DMR, it has slightly more complicated range for mildots rather then just 100 per bar and mildots calculation is different if you Double Zoom. Here's the Table For DMR users if they actually want to perform headshoots or at least 1-3 well aimed shots, instead of rapidly shooting everything around the target and killing it eventually with a lucky shot only.

Most innacurate Sniper Rifle in this game. But.. high enough damage high ammo capacity (20 in clip) good zoom rapid fire speed only sniper rifle that works with NVG. Makes it the only good sniper rifle for the night time. Unless you're a douchebag and use cheated AS50 with Thermal scope or anything like this.

Yeh I also once almost naded my mate, when he said that he can't see shit in that house and asked me if I got a flare.... well.. for a brief period there was a very bright light next to him. Since then I don't trust grenades.

Anyway I had a worse situation, died, spawned at Chernogorsk. Had to run to our base on the other side of the map - 14 KM took me 2 hours or so, to get there safely. (On the way I've been shot around 15 times, 10 times in Cherno and 5 times in Stary Sobor) When I finally reached our camp, I already had everything I need, including NVG, Rangefinder, 7 bandit kills and 5 murders. And what happens after? Guess... I re-logg at our camp. And suddenly without clicking anything my charracter starts throwing a HE Grenade... right in front of me.. right at our tents.. I couldn't move, turn around or stop him from this action, and it was too late to log out.. So I nuked half of our camp with really good gear and myself. -_-

damn, that's actually my favorite way of killing other people. Otherwise I just croach to them, put C4 at the house they are looting at and nuke it down. The last thing they see being thrown up into the sky is my smiling ;)

It will be added as mod on Arma 3, unless Rocket will get a seaparate engine for his idea, or right to use Arma 3 engine. However he got to hurry, since WarZ is the first fake comming, but there will be more soon, and he might lose the lead.. But the advantage that Rocket actually got over all those developers who thirst for money is that despite of the work he does, he finds time to read the forums, and count opinion of DayZ community (at least as it seemed so far)

Well... I'm sorry to hear that, but there's not much that DayZ team can do right now. As Rocket said already - it's extremely hard to fight cheaters and hackers at current state of things. Until DayZ get's it's own engine they can hardly do smth, and current engine does not allow them protecting their mod. Also - it's Alpha version.. I don't say cheating and hacking is normal, but you probably have to live with that and choose servers carefully not to be trapped by hackers. There will always be people, who fuck up fun of others, the spirit of the game and spoil the community thinking they are smarter than the rest just by using hacking programms. 90% of those don't even understand how hacks work.. so.. they are only smart enough to click the certain buttons, following a pretty detailed instruction =D Just smile because those weak cheap cowards had to use all legit and unlegit means to defeat you, and that's the only way those pussies can play ;)

Took him that long to lose hope. My respect to him. My disrespect to you. DayZ became a dumb massive PvP game full of hackers, cheaters, bug-abusers and kids who normally should not be allowed to play such games. I know administration can barely do smth about kids and we all have to live with that, but cheaters and hackers that can shoot through the wall, see you, vehicles and tents through the whole map, kill everyone on server, spawn gear and vehicles whereever they want.. I'm terrible annoyed, but seems like noone can niether will do smth against this shit at the stage of Alpha Version. Also the fun and spirit of the game died, when Bandit/Survivor system was disabled. Have fun brainless PvP`ers, you're not much better than zombies now - attacking everything on sight with and without any reason.

Don't post such videos here please. Nobody cares of how many kills you have, of your sniper skills, of how you kill armless people and etc.. Because this is not BF3! This is survival game which turned into massive PvP bullshit.
