This happened to me yesterday for the first time. Someone said "shut up, i can't hear Sam!" and it was very clear and loud as though they were standing next to me. Thankfully I was in the woods en route to Vybor so my WTF!!? moment didn't last too long. ;) -

Haha good story!! :beans: I managed to hunt a boar and it gave me 5 steaks. I read that they can burn quickly but when they were ready, i managed to grab only 2!. They literally started to burn as i was dragging them of the fire pit. :P I have not tried the pot or pan with the gas yet. It is not easy to find the parts (you know the saying that if you look for something in dayz, you wont find it ;) ) -
I read somewhere in the forum that there is no choppers sites in this patch but instead police cars can have military spawns.. I cannot confirm but i will be playing soon and will check as many cop cars as possible in NW cities

I think at the end finished goods will become rare and people will be forced to hunt, rob or trade to supplement that.

Hehe sure..sure..nice try... In fact, i can go a step further and say it should not be called Hardcore since bullets don't do More damage, zombies are not stronger, health is not less or food less available. It is just a matter of 1st person or 3rd so: 1pp & 3pp ..lets all stick with that ok thank you :P -

Barricading style sounds good but i gotta say this server hopping for parts business does not. I see one bright side though, people can go on the trade threads here if they found a part and get some good guns and/or attachments in return from a clan.

When i saw this thread I thought it was a bait thread to get all the flamers here yelling "hardcore is coolz and 3pp is for *random insult blah blah!" but seems civil enough. I play mostly standard 3pp due to my low fps and jump to 1pp sometimes to keep things fresh. -

I agree with many posters here that this was going on before but i think the reason is Rocket HAD TO SAY SOMETHING. It is E3 after all, so with all the other games/developers making noise they had to make some kind of "news". (common business practice) And lets stop this "hater" "fanboy/girl" stuff ffs, we are all consumers and competition fuels innovation and is good for US. We would all still be carrying brick sized cellphones if not for competition.
