To be honest im not sure why i can run this so well but, on my 4 going on 5 year old laptop im running this mid range graphics without too many problems besides since the patch lag issues. Im upgrading soon anyways with a monster but at the moment this keeps chugging along well for its age. Advent laptop Intel quad core 2 @ 2.00ghz Ati Radeon mobility hd 4670 4gb of ram 1440x900 resolution. Windows 7 32 bit No idea how it runs it so well, but bless the thing. :)

I was aware before hand, lets just hope they really are using the funds as they should and not just pocketing it. The last game i avidly played was STO to be honest with you, i used to be a real "gamer" growing up, for a very long time ive barely bothered with any new games. Left for dead 1 and 2 was a must just as this became a must for me and i truly am hoping for somthing different here thats all. After that only a small handful of games like company of heros, total war series besides rome (for obvious reasons. THe strategy genre has left FPS's in the dust long ago imo. I see this game as a chance for them to catch up in one bound, since the other shooters etc are all virtually the same games, like everything else we get. I just really dont want to see this game drop off due to these sort of problems. Fingers crossed for the future of dayz, 7 days to die is the leading competition by the looks of it, and they have more competition in alpha coming up. Only thinking of the game. Like many of us are. -

Personally i wasnt saying anything about the patch before hand, nothing negative whatsoever previously. Only looking forwards to this game in general and throwing out a few ideas etc. I have no problem waiting for months for a big and most importantly stable< patch. My point was simply, after a month of ironing it out since its been ready all that time, still, its a game breaker for many. The stable branch is unplayable, nothing works going into inventory, melee is a joke (i got a pitch fork, took a swing at a zombie and what should of hit missed and they hit me... the zombies arms are longer than a pitch fork, for example, and yeah the rest is a joke equally machete, the sickle< LOL 15 hits to kill a zombie, so on and so forth), had it been a game that has only recieved a mere million in revenue with a strapped for cash team i would accept it. However, how much money has this game made already... going on 40 million now?. -

Cant say i blame you, nearly a month ironing out this update for stable and still it makes the game virtually unplayable. -
Thought myself a few times about that, fingers crossed closer to completion of the game we might just see it.

The zombies are fine, its the lag that makes everything else virtually unplayable.

First off as a new starter to dayz (hi all), ill apologize if these suggestion's have already been spoke about or in the pipeline, i quick searched in the forum though and couldn't find anything. The flashlight at night doesnt really help much at the moment, when on it sits in the bottom left corner of the screen and is more distracting than helpful, making it point where your aiming would be a good fix. Also, a smaller flash light, for duct taping to your rifles and either flash light, being able to be held with a pistol at the same time, like the police and military do would be an attractive add also i think. Again my apologies should this subject of already been brought up, but nighttime is an area ive quickly avoided straight away and i think these would go a long way to reversing that. Besides of course, night vision goggles in the hands of the pro's then noone would go out at night, lol. Thanks for your time.

Died a couple of days back but both me and my lass are almost fully geared again how we usually look. Shes just in need of her LRS. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=237548025 People seem to shoot on sight, hope its not down to the way we look... :). Could be worse i think, could be in full military with gas masks.

Thoroughly enjoyed the video, :) a vote right here to see more of your escapades. Great work on the bandit, served him right big time. Bad luck though on the incident with the magnum man though. Sadly, its hard to know who to trust in this game.

Why not ill bite at this. 1. melee system improved. (drastically) 2. Zombie improvements (in all aspects, AI, far greater numbers, roaming hordes, so a far greater threat then perhaps slightly less KOS) 3. bases/camps. 4. Hunting/cooking. 5. More customization and clothing for male and female characters. -
Ive no doubt this one may go in the grave yard, but, whenever i see people asking for more guns in the forums this is the first movie scene that comes to my mind. P.S. GO play arma and the mod. Many want something different for once in a game.

Great, so its going to be just like the mod (and every other shoot em up out there), only with a bit more to do "survival" wise. Another one that will probably end up not played then i guess. -
lol :D i guess your upset then that you shot someone in the back and couldnt loot them as you would of liked then. Also if it was a sawn-off too square in the back, it would destroy virtually everything. Funny post though man.

Spot on. Some want a survival horror of a whole new next generation standard. Others want version two of the mod and basically every other multiplayer shootemup just with some zombies thrown in for "inconvenience"........... For some unknown reason..... -

Im not against any addition of any more guns, but, i dont want to see any OP ones at all, definatly no as50 they want to use it, play the mod. Should only be able to carry what we can now too. 1 rifle, 1 melee a pistol and a sawn off if you wish. Id be happy with say, the M1 garand so we have the SKS and that. The ak74 is coming so we have 2 autos. I wouldnt mind another pistol too if they wish. And even yeah, add another very similar sniper to the mosin, so two of each right there and after that, bow and crossbow craftable and surely, done. I just dont want this to turn into a slightly more survival version of the mod by adding weapons that are far too OP. Like i said, there is the mod isnt there if they want the same game again...... Also there is hundreds of games out there where you get all your OP weapons thrown at you, how many survival horror games are there out there where you basically play out "your own walking dead episodes" so to speak?......... none... But its down to the dev's isnt it. Hopefully they want somthing different too. -

And yeah i totally agree on the spawn rate of both guns and especially i say ammo, ammo should be real hard to come over. but it will be by the final version be drastically lower. So im not against guns totally, just dont want to see it turn into yet another shootemup with some zombies thrown in, i want to play a survival zombie horror where we basically play out "our own walking dead episodes", so to speak. -
