    I do not agree with that strange idea about artificial limb. Whereas amputation ability and permanent injury until death and respawn could be so...... deliciously devilish

    As realistic, to make sense to CPR and epipen: inject epipen and THEN make CPR. It needs efectiveness circulation for the epinephirne to work.

    In fact, I don't know what is planned for the game, but you can't do that at all. You can only do that with concentrated red blood cell. In the game, you can only make total blood transfusions. That mean that either blood and antibodies are transfused. And finally, the game must allow transfusion with the same group only.
