Ok, my clan just got our first server. It's working fine, except for the death message. It never says "XXX was killed. We checked the config file, and it says "DeathMessage=1". Any help would be appreciated.

Lol, my clan just started up our own server. I think some other clan/group of friends decided they liked it and made a camp of their own. We found a bunch of vehicles in the beginning, but I think they're all being hoarded now. :( Me and my friend ran across four of them in a truck while driving our GAZ. Needless to say, we blew up the truck.

Should be a hero/bandit/survivor option. In my lives I have decided to be a little bit of each. Sometimes, I KoS. Sometimes I help people. And sometimes, I just ignore them. I don't know why the dayz community says that youHAVE to be classified into one of those groups. I just do whatever the fuck I feel like doing and have fun with it.

I'm pretty sure this gun is hacked. My friend who gave it to me said that it wasn't, but I'm not sure. If it is hacked, why would someone bother hacking it in? Obviously, the M4A3 CCO is a better gun with the addition of a flashlight and camo..

Lol, I was a lucky one. I got kicked off twice, then it successfully updated. Maybe it had something to do with the fact I was on my small clan's server at the time? Only had three ransoms, myself, and a friend on.

Go buy cod or bf3 or ghost recon or something. Get used to the controls. THEN play dayz. This game is very harsh to those not well versed I the intricacies of PC gaming.

No, actually the ak74 does the same damage as he m4sd, but it has a longer effective range. Hence, the gun is shit. And the saw does 3333 damage vs the m4's 2730 or something. Happy?
