I love this post because that's exactly how me and my buddy used me as bait once, i was running around the airfield like an idiot while he scanned the bushes and guess what? some idiot was just sitting there, scoping in on me. As previously stated, over-confidence can create a lot of mistakes. I've made lots of mistakes and had an advantageous position and even lost a battle versus some new players, on various occasions, like i said over-confidence will force you to make mistakes at some point.

Some of the replies in here are really good and some of them are just people jerking their own confidence. Difference between a noob and a pro? Nothing, that's the good part of this game, one might have more experience than the other, oh big whoop, it all comes down to encounters and how they both react, quick deicision making etc, sure a more experienced player is gonna have more confidence in that area, but confidence can also lead to mistakes, lots of them. Anyone calling themselves a "pro" is just jerking himself, if you don't see any area of improvement when you're playing then you're clearly not a "pro" In my opinion a pro will always try to improve themselves and don't just find a playstyle and stick with it because it works, because eventually as most sane people would discover, a tactic can be effective for a while, until someone finds a way to destroy yours, then you gotta find new ways. I am quite clearly a noob.

If they ask you for supplies/items it's most likely a trap/ulterior motives. This is what i do in these scenarios. Random guy 1 runs up to me asks for stuff, he gets shot in the face. Random guy 2 runs past me because he sees me, i yell out to him, give him stuff and let him be on his way.

Each to his/her own. If i got ammo on me is irrelevant and if they're gonna use it on others is also irrelevant, the fact that they can just teleport around and kill you without you being able to do anything just shows they can pretty much do anything and you can't, including killing others and getting more ammo, so, if you get out of it without them getting your stuff, they'll just find someone else and try.

Lack of attention span here, read the entire thing. Question wasn't posed at me, but i'll answer with what i do when i encounter hackers. Just stand there, nothing else, not much you can do than that.

The fact that you went to elektro and expected people to be friendly is ..sorry to say, but idiotic, especially if there is huge firefights taking place meanwhile. Keep yourself hidden and keep an advantage over them, then make contact, if they start looking for you, shoot 'em, simple as that.

I'd love to see both the M4 and the ammo for it reduce significantly, seeing as a great deal of these groups server hop to find the m4's. Granted the m4 is quite rare if you don't server hop, but make it a lot rarer considering people hop.
